Mr. Chen's is always good and has been for 20 or so years. I was eating at the one in Hernando before I moved to Senatobia and they never disappoint 👍👍

We usually get takeout from the Hernando location, but it was closed. We enjoyed everything we got. The chicken on a stick was overfried, but I enjoyed the exterior carmelization. We got chx fried rice, chx broc, curry chx, pepper chx, gen tso, donuts, and crab rangoons, and all were good. I had a very large order and they packed it neatly in a box for me. I will order from them again.

I ordered food from here and yall I been ordering food from this place since they first came here and I have never not once complained about the food at all but I refuse to eat some hard rice and then the shrimps was barely cooked only thing that was good was the eggs and then the lady had the audacity to have an attitude with me when I was very professional and I talked to her with respect but I’m gone do as she say and want come back again. I will rather drive to a place that values there customers and treat there customers with respect as well.

She rarely greets me, and our interactions have become increasingly strained. This place has… let me list *Lack of Hospitality* - No greeting upon arrival - Abruptly walks away when I enter *Accountability* - the woman blame to customers when mistakes occur on their end *Unprofessional Behavior* - Raised voice when confronted about said errors - Dismissive attitude ("Do you want it or not??????") So, the incident today was the final straw. After verifying my order over the phone, it was still prepared incorrectly. When I politely explained the issue, she became loud and dismissive. Just standard quality food isn't enough to compensate for such disrespect. As a reasonable customer, I’m just going to try the one in Desoto.
