Went to pick up order and employee gave my food away in front of me to another customer saying I never showed and suggested that I just wait another 10 minutes for my food to get ready even when I said that it was my food. Will never eat at this location again .

I place a order online and paid for it they call and said they didn’t have any personal pan then with my order I had wings with the Manger tells me I can’t get the wing because they gave me a medium pizza

It was very busy in there but the manager lady was on the ball and went over and above to make sure my order was right. Then after my order was almost finished, I piled on top an emergency additional order so she quickly prepared it and rushed it for me. The only downside is that I don't think their pizza is as good as it used to be.

Cindy became the manager everything including the employees are top notch now
The food used to be good, but over the past 2 years, it’s only gotten worse. They used to put sauce on the pizza and it wasn’t dry, but now it’s hard, dry, and there’s literally NO sauce on the pizza specifically I’m talking ab the thin crust, it sucks.
Pizza was great and made exactly how I asked them to make it

Hit or miss, no in between. I've had great pizza and also some of the worst pizza at this location. Multiple times I've received pizzas with toppings piled in the center of the crust. I'm talking 3 inches of crust before you even see any cheese or toppings. I like pizza hut, but this one is so inconsistent, I can't keep wasting my money here when Dom and Caesar make better quality pizza every time.

I highly Recommend!! The ladies this night that worked were AWESOME!! THE YOUNG LADY WHO WAS THE MANAGER, I ASSUME, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. SHE MADE A MISTAKE WT OUR PIZZA & WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT HANDLING THE SITUATION!! THE PIZZA WAS FRESH & HOT. THE LADIES IN THERE THIS NIGHT DID THEIR THING! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ALL SOME KIND OF BONUS!! ❤️? ??
Tried to call and talk to a manager I was told would be here on Wednesday, lady on the phone had an attitude and didn’t help me at all. I’m not sure if she realizes but I called asking about an interview… her not knowing I will probably be working with her and she just made the perfect first impression.
