Protect yourself!! I purchased the family box and what I got was violently ill. Be very careful. I took pictures of the RAW CHICKEN WINGS I PURCHASED. The pizza was pitiful this time. I tried to tell the lady at the resister what happened the last time in hopes it would be corrected. No chance here. My next call will be to the health dept. You cannot get anyone on the phone because it goes straight to voicemail. That is convenient isn't it. Why do this to people? I consider it theft when you sell me something with no intention of quality control. You won't see me again and I hope people get tired of being hosed by flimflam businesses who provide nothing of value and take no responsibility for the product. It's bad food that can kill if not prepared correctly. Thanks for providing a dangerous experience.

Hit or miss, no in between. I've had great pizza and also some of the worst pizza at this location. Multiple times I've received pizzas with toppings piled in the center of the crust. I'm talking 3 inches of crust before you even see any cheese or toppings. I like pizza hut, but this one is so inconsistent, I can't keep wasting my money here when Dom and Caesar make better quality pizza every time.

I highly Recommend!! The ladies this night that worked were AWESOME!! THE YOUNG LADY WHO WAS THE MANAGER, I ASSUME, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. SHE MADE A MISTAKE WT OUR PIZZA & WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT HANDLING THE SITUATION!! THE PIZZA WAS FRESH & HOT. THE LADIES IN THERE THIS NIGHT DID THEIR THING! Tried to call and talk to a manager I was told would be here on Wednesday, lady on the phone had an attitude and didn’t help me at all. I’m not sure if she realizes but I called asking about an interview… her not knowing I will probably be working with her and she just made the perfect first impression.

I’ve currently been standing in this location for over an hour I ordered a pizza at 5:45pm (18 minutes til ready) come back at 6:15 to pick up my pizza and it was thin crusted I returned it and was told that’s how there hand tossed pizza is I asked them to remake it correctly. Cashier informed me it would be 30 minutes I said that’s fine I paid so I want it made correctly. It is now 7:15pm several people walked out without their pizza one lady ordered while in Batesville Ms. I just got my pizza. I Need the district managers contact information because this location needs help because two people working this busy location on a Friday night isn’t feasible and quality is what we expect from the Pizza Hut brand.

It has not always been the best but the last few times I have ordered Pizza Hut, it was a great experience. The staff or the young lady who was running the whole operation by herself was really nice and patient with my young daughter who wanted to introduce herself. The pizza was all great. We'll be back but someone needs to get that young girl an extra pair of hands. She shouldn't be in there by herself.

Disappointing! I haven't eaten Pizza Hut in probably 10 years and might go another 10. Boneless were on sale and I think they were cooked hours before. They were inedible.Pizza was sloppy and shoved all to one side.
I’ve been here twice so far, and this is truly the best Pizza Hut that I have ever been to. They are so fast, and the pizza is delicious! The staff is very kind and efficient.

My pizza was burned and not fit to eat no other things on it the pizza sauce was not good either I will never go to pizza hut again. I called and and they said I could I would get credit for it I don't know what that means I just want my $40 back that I spent for a pizza that I could not I could not

Have purchased four pizzas with a less than three weeks including today, and all four of them were disgusting. I don’t know what’s going on with Pizza Hut but I don’t think I’ll be purchasing pizzas from them anymore. I ordered a meat lovers. The sauce is too sweet. The Canadian bacon that supposed to come on the pizza is a little strips a tough ham what a shame, and something on their taste rancid all the time now.
