We have a bad experience every time that we go to this Senatobia Ms location. The order is never filled correctly and the attitudes are horrible. The doors are locked hours before closing and some times you're inside needing to get out. We had to make an extra trip back up there for food that was left out of our order even after telling them while at the restaurant. Popeyes should send someone down from corporate to retrain and possibly rehire dedicated workers. Look at the reviews and judge for yourself.

This senatobia ms location needs to be shut down. The food is always under cook cold nasty unfriendly workers most are. They let the phone rings more than 15 to 20 times before they answered it, when they did at one particular time they hunged up in my face. Just shut it down or replace them, some workers maybe not all.They take customers hard earn money for granted. That's how they get paid but, apparently they do not care.Just unconcerned people.

Whoever the manager is on lunch shift on December 23rd had the NASTIEST attitude i ever experienced! Im traveling from louisiana and stopped by i was starving. The last thing i want to experience is someone rushing me, raising there voice and closing the window on me after i express how it made me feel. Her and her little minions need to be fired ASAP. Period.

The manager sat there and looked me in the eyes while preparing order after order for the drive thru. 7 minutes later, she walks up, and doesn’t say a word. I gave her my order, and noticed that she wasn’t wearing gloves, her dirty looking hair/weave that was down to here butt wasn’t covered up in any way. No hat, hairnet, or anything. She gave me my order, and didn’t say a word. Unnecessary attitude, and horrible customer service. These are times when you wish that AI would snatch the jobs from people who didn’t deserve them…. The employees acted like they had no idea what they were doing..... the manager had to do everything for every employee we ordered chicken tenders half spicy half normal after waiting 30 minutes for our food we realized we didn't get any spicy tenders. My husband took the food to the front and informed them and the employee took our box of chicken back and said he would check if there were spicy tenders in the box. The manager yelled at him not to touch our food and just give us a box with spicy tenders. It's never a dull moment at popeyes....

The past 2 times out of 3 they were out of chicken. Out of chicken......
There seemed to be mass confusion. There were 4 or 5 people working there and it seemed like the busier they got the slower they worked. There was an elderly woman working the front and she had a great attitude and was very nice. That was my first and only time ordering there. I had an app order and I was supposed to pick it up in the drive thru but I ended up going inside. The food was good though, I gave 5 stars for that.

Took FOREVER to get my wings. The lady forgot to bring my food out after having me pull forward so I had to go in there and remind her. Nice clean restaurant and bathrooms. Delicious sweet and spicy

I walked in and there was one person taking orders sep 20th 2023 and prepping food .. she did a great job. The chicken was fresh.. everything was great awesome job ...I'll be back8 pics chicken 1 large side 4 biscuits so fresh
