If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service I have ever had at any subway on earth. Brown lettuce and incredibly unsanitary ways of handling the food. I ordered while having a coupon in my hand in which they could see all for me to get to the check out and them say I could not use it. It needs to be very clearly stated that they do not accept coupons here. There was a man sitting on the floor behind the cash register on the phone the whole time. Super slow service and I was the only person in line. Also ordered a drink & they never gave me the drink and then argued with me that I didn’t pay for a drink. I do not leave reviews but this was so terrible I would not recommend anyone visiting here if you know anything about customer service. Horrible experience.

Food was on point and prepared quickly and efficiently. Service was polite and efficient. Cashier could have got me for accidentally handing him a fifty dollar bill with the exact amount. However he did the right thing and made sure I got my money back. Over job well done. My sandwich was delicious.

I ordered from the app and picked the (2) foot long sandwiches up at the Senatobia store. (1) was a chicken bacon ranch. The chicken and bacon never were heated.(served cold on the sandwich. The other sandwich was a steak & cheese with extra cheese. They didn’t add the extra meat. Matter of fact, there barely any meat at all. We live out in the country so we didn’t realize these mistakes until we got them home.

The dude making my sandwich had something in his mouth the entire time. Wasn't even chewing, just sucked on this massive thing in his mouth. It was absolutely disgusting.

This Subway used to be top notch. One day it seemed like it was sold to new owners overnight. Ever since then the staff has completely changed, the food has gotten worse, and overall experience has just really gone downhill. Do not recommend.

I didn't like my experience at this Subways in Senatobia on Sunday, March 16. I observed the tall young man working and hands on cellphone talking. He asked me what I wanted . I told him. The thing I observed was him pushing the potato chip cart with phone up to his ear. I seen him then handling his phone with his hands. He proceeded to pull out gloves to put on and his fingers was touching all over the outside of the gloves while he was using both unwashed hands to put them off. That was disgusting to me because I know his phone was not clean. I confronted him after he began placing the cold cuts on the bun. As I turned he didn't miss a beat placing the slices of cold cuts where he got them from. I only observed Indians working in this store. He was the tall guy. I am assuming it is some how family owned.

The food is great but when you place an online order it’s never ready when you get there. I placed an hour came in an hour later and they hadn’t even started on it. It happens every single time I place an express pick up and you wait until they aren’t serving anyone else in the store. I understand if you’re busy but please figure out the priorities of your service.

I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but this place is a threat to the health of our community in Senatobia. Me & my partner got food poisoning. DO NOT eat at this place please for your own health!! Their sanitation standards are worth reporting it to the department of health, as I already did. I did not add any vegetables bcz of their bad state.

This Subway used to be good until they sold to the new owners. They stopped taking coupons & they are hard to understand and they get attitudes and starting talking crap in their language. They do not pay attention to the order details, for instance I order the salads and I’ll say I want LESS of something which means only a little but they still pile it on. Also they leave off ingredients that are supposed to come on it. After getting my order wrong for the 3rd time in a row and the lady getting an attitude and the fact they quit taking coupons I’ve just decided not to go back, which sucks because I really liked the salads, just wish I could fix it myself.

This was the second Subway we went to on our trip baton rouge Louisiana to see my daughter graduate. And yet again, we were extremely disappointed we walked in. We thought we could get food for our breakfast and lo and behold. My husband ordered a steak egg and cheese and I ordered a vegetarian egg sandwich on flatbread. Then they told us after my husband already ordered that they didn't have any egg. No egg for breakfast. Don't understand that concept because subways are supposed to have breakfast. So no we will not be going to the subway ever again either
