Tried to hand me the wrong food even tho I told her that bag was too small to be my order. After I took the bag and put my hands in it and tried to show her she said “wait a min give me dat back” snatched it out of my hands and got an attitude with me for being correct. She kept looking at my receipt trying to find what was on my order digging thru every bag. No gloves were being worn and her nails were entirely too long to be working in fast food. I was trying to tell her I wanted a Baja blast zero at the drive thru order screen and she kept getting frustrated at me because I couldn’t get it out fast enough. (I’m 31 weeks pregnant and pregnancy brain is no joke) Asked for my card that was wrapped in the receipt and she said “ I already gave it back to you whatchu mean?” I’m like no, you didn’t even give me my receipt. Gave me a regular Baja blast and I told her o couldn’t drink it because of my pregnancy and sugar. She got upset and told me they didn’t have zero. My food was cold by the time I got it. Brown soggy lettuce that was way too slimey for me to eat. My chicken taco was also cold and had slimy lettuce.

Do not order here after 8 pm. Order will be wrong and people on duty do not care. I spent 15 minutes at the drive thru window while the employees laughed with each other and had no sense of urgency to move the line along. After all that the order was incorrect and had to be remade

Local...Dont know why I keep coming here. Hope for better each time I guess! There is maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of meat on what you order. Doesnt matter what. Everything has hardly any meat on it. Are they rationing the meat? Seems like it. Oh, and also, if you order over 5 items, you won't get 1 or 2 of them. Everytime! Done with this place.

Im a tourist. Driving back to minnesota. I can say coming here (which i rarely eat taco bell) but the cashier was SO HARD to hear. But then when i paid at the window it was $7.51 I carry mostly cash when i travel as its easier to figure out how much $$ I truley have left on vacation your cashier Markenzia when i handed her $10.51 she sighed and ROLLED HER EYES at me. Then took her phone out which im assuming was to do simple math. Then gave me my change and food(i had to remind her of my drink) I then went to eat my food in my car before heading back on whats a VERY LONG drive back home and still had to go into the store for a fork so i could eat my food.
Foods good but shitty service. As a tourist next time im in this town id rather stop at mcdonalds

I’m a door dasher. If you are getting food from here or picking up for door dash DO NOT COME AT NIGHT. I don’t know what the hell these workers are on but they answered the speaker everyone in there was yelling and they gave the food to the wrong person. And when I asked if they checked for the confirmation to make sure that was the dasher they said “man I don’t care” and then hung up. You can’t have shitty food and shitty workers. Pick one.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever had ever! The food was cooked to perfection! Made with love. My husband and I went last night around 10pm and the staff were so nice and the food was made by an actual angel. We cried tears of joy. These people need a raise. 1000000/10 stars!

I would give zero Stars if I could. Don't waste your time or money here. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived 10 minutes later they said they didn't have it yet. I waited 20 minutes and they still did not have my order. Meanwhile one male employee was standing up at the counter flirting with two young ladies, and two other employees were in the back of the store just cutting up and laughing. I told him I wanted a refund and they said they could not give me one and I had to go online to request it. They made excuses about being short staffed, but while they were short staffed nobody was working very hard or very fast. I have sent three Online requests for the regional manager to contact me and for a refund of my order, and nothing has happened and I've heard from no one. Even reached out to Taco Bell on Facebook and they have not responded. This company has absolutely gone downhill and this store will never get my business again. To the manager, if you hire quality people your customers will get a quality experience.

Avoid this taco bell. Go to the one in Hernando. The Senatobia location always has some sort of problem.... one time it was they ran out of meat... seriously. One time not enough employees to run the place. Not only the service is horrible, but the attitudes are something to truely behold. Not a single employee wants to be there, and it shows. McDonald's drive through will be booming, taco bells... empty. Wonder why. I think I know. This horrible review is based on many trips to this location, as it is the closest to my house.... but believe me, go to Hernando whenever possible. Do yourself a favor, avoid this taco bell.
