I don’t see how it’s such a big inconvenience if I ask for my dipping sauce and they didn’t put it in the bag originally. No need to roll your eyes at me because YOU forgot to put something in my bag. I was the only customer there.

I have came here about 4 times, I am a truck driver for my company. Every time I stay in a motel I eat here. The entire staff that I have met is friendly and professional, Especially the manager. I usually order their chili, spicy nuggets and cookies. The food has always been correct and hot. Thank you guys for what you do.

Like many Southern fast food chain restaurants, the staff has a minimalistic mindset. While not the worst by a long shot, it is far from the better experiences from the Midwest and Eastern locations. The fixation on faking their drive thru timers making customers leave the line and wait sets a bad impression in the customer's eye.

We arrived at 4:53 pm on 10/12 and received our food 20 mins later. The young lady on the front line was new and received absolutely no support from her manager/supervisors. So after twenty minutes I finally requested a refund so we could get on the road and the manager/supervisor rudely stated we can't give refunds. Astonishingly enough our food was handed to us once I requested a refund.

We also observed an employee walk in, clock in with an open container of food she brought from home on to the front line. So unsanitary.

Conveniently when they asked for our receipt so they could determine what we ordered they never returned it to me.

Again, the young lady on the front line was and this is no way directed at her.

I would never recommend this location.

Worst Wendy’s experience ever. I waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru, only to finally get to the speaker and be told, “Can you come in?” When I said no because it was a mobile order, the employee snapped back, “Then just say that,” with no greeting at all. Management was literally arguing with employees and customers right in front of everyone. They were out of almost everything I requested no Wednesday sauces, no chocolate Frosty and the staff was extremely rude with absolutely no sense of time management. They even forgot my vanilla Frosty, and I had to ask for it, no apology or thank you given. Everything felt rushed and careless. After all that, I got parked for another 10 minutes just waiting, and ended up having to go inside to get my food anyway. Completely unprofessional, poorly run, and not worth the time

This was the nastiest Wendy’s needless to say staff was too busy gossiping and, rude. The tea was like toilet water but, I guess what do you expect and, they obviously can’t take an order because my order was wrong never coming here again. Sad that your crew invest more on their mouth than to service people properly unprofessional service, behavior. And for the people saying it’s the best I feel sorry that you don’t know of any actual good places to eat
