Pulled up to speaker and was told it was shift change at 5pm and it would be 15 minutes till my order could be taken. WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY BUSINESS ANYMORE. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK,QUIT SIT AT HOME AND LET SOMEONE WHO DOES HAVE THAT JOB. RIDICULOUS!

Was NOT impressed! Food was cold and didn't taste good. Drink station was dirty and had no ice. The women's restroom was not as dirty as the men's. My son said there was no soap to wash his hands and my husband said their was fecal matter on the walls and baby changing table. Was some type of tiny bugs crawling on our table. Not sure what they were. Discussing! They didn't know the pin in order to allow me to pay with $100 dollar bill however I had enough money to cover the almost $45 dollars it was to pay for our four meals. I will not be back! Step up your game!

So I go to pick up an Uber order and the girl completely ignores me for about the first four minutes. Walks Up and says “ Do you need to place an order maam” and I told her “no it was a Uber order” & the name of the order I was picking up. She says OK. Walks around for a few minutes goes outside……took somebody their order comes back in goes to the back room and then comes back and says “what was the name again ma’am” (like she was annoyed I was still there) and said the complete wrong name. And I said no, and gave her the actual order name and then she proceeded to pull it up in the computer system and say she had to check it in and order for them to start working on it. I had already been there for almost 10 minutes at that point. Reported the issue to Uber and canceled because I’m not gonna deal with somebody being rude and not doing their job. I almost never have to wait 5 minutes to get the order much less waiting 10 minutes just for the order to be checked in for them to start making it. I highly recommend passing this location in Senatobia unless you want to deal with subpar Customer Service. Get rid of that girl or put her on fries. She’s not suited for the front counter!

The young lady taking my order was over all rude. She kept walking off while taking my order. No “Hi, how are you” or “thank you for your order” The entire crew was being ridiculously loud like they were at a party. Got part of my order wrong. The eating area was endless unclean tables and water standing in the floor which was not ideal for my elderly mother.

Wendys in Senatobia is a joke!!! Ordered baked potato with sour cream and butter.. Na got fries with her combo… asked for mayo.. girl gave me one so i asked can i have another one… we eat it with our fries… pulling off notice no sour cream or butter.. i go in and ask for sour cream and butter.. the girl went and asked her mgr if she could give me some… i just happened to have some salt and pepper in my van…. My order was $24.29 and i had to beg for mayo,sour cream and butter… hardly any ice in our sweet tea!!! Done with Wendys in Senatobia!!! Ridiculous!!!

It was about 11pm when we ordered and to start off they didn't have a certain frostie we wanted and it was bc they had already turned off the machine. We make our order which was a double meat #1 combo with dr. Pepper and 2 chocolate frosties and an extra small order of fries which for all that was basically a $20 dollar bill. She gave us our drinks and another lady who looked to be a manager just kinda threw out food to us and didn't say a word and walked away so I had to motion her back for some ketchup and she basically threw it at us without saying a word. She was absolutely the rudest and dirtiest looking employee I have encountered there. I drove off anyway and got home and come to find out she had given me a single patty instead of double that was smothered in ketchup and mayo to the point it was dripping off the stack of onions and pickles that were piled on the burger to make it look like a double. I've tried to call but they won't answer the.phone.
