Excellent service and good food! I tried the new lemon pepper chicken fingers. They and the and the fries were both delicious, hot, and fresh. Try them out!

First, the customer service was extremely poor. The employee who took our order was rude and dismissive. On top of that, I watched her scratch her face by her mouth using the cups for our drinks, then drop several on the floor and place them back with the clean ones. She handled the cups with her bare hands by touching the tops of them all over in a very unsanitary way, which made me very uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, I didn’t receive the sauces I paid for, and the kids’ meal was missing the treat that’s supposed to come with it.
Between the lack of basic customer service, the unsanitary handling items, and not receiving what I paid for, this visit was honestly unacceptable. I’ve always liked Zaxby’s, but this visit did not reflect the quality or care of what basic service should be. I hope this is addressed and shared with management.

My girlfriend and I try to come here often because we both USUALLY like it, but these folks in senatobia are rude when taking your order and never get anything right. Even if you make a mobile order they are just incapable of doing anything right. Good food, terrible service.

I quite enjoyed Trying Zaxbys has been on my list for a while, as folks always compare this, Chick-fil-A, and Raising Cane's. I will say I think I prefer Raising Cane's to Zaxbys Their special sauce is better, chicken is more tender and flavorful. They do have some fun options on this menu though, like the Veggie Egg Rolls (and the Sweet & Sour Sauce that comes with it is fire).
Avoid this store like the plague. Terrible rude customer service. Don't even try ordering online. Multiple times I've been made to wait over 20 mins for my pre ordered food. Went in after 20 mins and the manager and employees are laughing and talking about each others hair. Told me they had no orders for me after thay sent me to the front door. After they argued with me for 5 mins I see my order on the counter with my name clearly on the receipt. The manager could care less. She was just standing there laughing. The food quality has went to trash in the last year.
Bring back the fried mushrooms..

I ordered 2 Zensation salads to go. They charged me for 2 but only gave me 1. I'm glad I checked my order before leaving. The food was delicious though.
