This is the first time I have eaten at a Zaxby's in quite a while. The service was okay. The facility was messy around the drink station and there was straw wrappers, napkins and other junk scattered around. The fingers were nowhere close to what I remember them being. They were small and poor quality as far as I'm concerned. But, that's just about any restaurant anymore.
Employees were courteous and food was great. The most amazing thing was the speed of service. I had just walked away from the counter after paying and my name was called about 10 seconds later.
It would've been 5 stars, but the cashier said she knew my 10 y/o daughter's sandwich was missing from our order when we received it. She said they were holding on it. Okay, no problem. After 15 minutes of waiting, while she took multiple orders in the dining room and gave all of them their food and cleared a drive-thru line full of cars, she finally asked the kitchen about the sandwich. It was just a little frustrating because it was 230p and other sandwiches were sent...
