“Visited the restaurant twice in 12 years. they messed up our order both times. We were ignored while everyone around us were served well and got great service and got their food before us. Just like most things in Iuka, if you're not from here or you're not a regular customer or they don't know you, you might as well dine out of town.“

“The women working the counter on Thursday afternoon of last week were WONDERFUL! A huge crowd of us showed up after an event at the library, and they were fast and polite, even when some customers may not have been. The butterscotch milkshake was delectable! The only negative was that the trash can is located in an area that requires you to walk through the drive thru exit. It would be nice to have a garbage receptacle in a spot where kids can safely throw away their own trash.

“The fried catfish was the best I ever had. Better than fried catfish I have tasted in Chicago, Il and Joliet, IL.. My salad was freshly delicious and left me wanting a second bowl. The hush puppies were lite golden with a soft crunch. Cooked to perfection!. I cannot wait to go to Pickles again when I'm back in town visiting.“

“I placed a fairly large order with The Rib Shack to feed a group of people & the customer service was phenomenal! When I arrived to pick up the food, they brought it all outside & loaded into my vehicle for me & thanked me, once again, for my business! They were so kind & so helpful & quick to answer any questions I had about pricing, etc. The food is always GREAT, so I knew I could trust them with this event! I would highly recommend The Rib Shack to anyone who has yet to try them! They were so appreciative of my business & I know they will be grateful for yours too!
