The service was good the young lady at the counter was very polite and friendly, my food was ready sooner that expected, the food was not hot like freshly dropped chicken should be, not the lemon pepper wings were way to salty, the honey gold wings were a bit tough almost as if they weren't cooked completely my fries were dripping in grease as if they had been redropped to heat them up, the best part of my meal was the roll I did not receive.

I try to give all places second and even third chances but when you have to wait over an hour or hour and a half for wings each time then there is a problem. I understand when you’re busy but this is ALL the time. Def gonna have to find a different place to get wings.

They were my number 1 until about a week ago. The lady who was at the register was rude and I had to get her told. She talked to me in an unprofessional tone. I LOVED this place until then. Up until then Everybody was super nice. I won't argue with anyone about my food! Sorry 901....I gotta let you go. I gave yall rave reviews to everyone I knew. I know it's hard to keep good staff but they definitely should be trained on Customers service. Yall lost a Great customer and supporter. And the lady gon grab her pearls like she wasn't rude. I recently just left and waited over an hour for a 15pc honey hot with lemon pepper sprinkles combo. I specifically advised crispy for the wings. My wings are soooooo chewy I cringed. We literally had to come home and put them in the air fryer. The fries were cold and the wings wasn’t hot in temperature at all. I watched them from the car bag the food so there’s no way the food should’ve been cold. I am so disappointed NEVER AGAIN !! 0/0 highly would’nt recommend.
I recently ordered honey hot wings with lemon pepper sprinkles and seasoned fries. Unfortunately, I received regular hot wings without the lemon pepper sprinkles, and my fries were cold and unseasoned. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for the lemon pepper sprinkles and fry seasoning that were missing.
When I called the restaurant to address the issue, I spoke with two staff members who essentially placed the blame on me for not checking my order before leaving. The woman told me they made a human error. She offered me a refund of one dollar for the missing lemon pepper sprinkles and insisted I drive back up there to pick up a dollar..Like really… The way they handled the situation lacked professionalism and accountability, which was very disappointing.
As someone who values good customer service, I found this experience unacceptable. The food quality was subpar, and the service left much to be desired. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to explore better options elsewhere.DO NOT GO HERE !!!
