Akita Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse

I’m currently sitting here at the bar was one of the best bartenders I’ve encountered in a long time! I cannot say the good things about Lucas. She is kind she is caring she’s understanding, and she is just all-around a bad ass bartender being a server I typically don’t recommend people sit at the bar, but in this case, I have to say if Lucas is working the bar is the place to be!

Ordered food on the app, was told it would be ready at4:45. Got there at 4:50 and was informed the order was not placed because they don’t open until 4:00. Ok
You open at 4, but even at 4:45 the food should have been ready. Craziness is what this is….

Nice Japanese restaurant. The food was good and it came to the table hot. Service was nice and we were seated quickly. My 2nd time here and both times were good.

My absolute favorite place to eat in the world. I live 1.5 hours away and always look forward to a special visit for my Hibachi!

The owner needs a lesson in customer service. Order shrimp fried rice paid for extra shrimp to only receive a total of 6 pcs of shrimp. Drove back to get my money back, he added three pc of shrimp & gave me the box back. I will never return. He told me he will give me a discount on my next order! Do better...

I started calling at 8:40 to place a to go order. They cut the phones off until 8:43. I tried to place a to go order and she said the kitchen closes at 8:45. J said, but it’s 8:43. The service here is ALWAYS bad! The food is good however !

Our chef was amazing.... he made us feel like we were part of a great experience...been several places of hibatchi & everything here was above expected

As I was eating my vegetable fried rice, I found hair in it. It was a to-go order. So, I threw it away. So disgusted. My head has been hurting since I discovered the hair because I was halfway through with eating my food.
