Was at Back Yard Burgers today 5-22-25. Bought a Blackened Chicken Combo, was delicious as always. Have been there many times, not once have I been disappointed.
Went back for the first time in years. Service was slow and unfriendly, and the food was super disappointing. NOTHING had any flavor. My wife and I are officially done with Backyard Burgers. So disappointing.
I had a drive through order and it was hairball in my fries. I called the number on Google and this website to speak with someone and they said I had the wrong number. I will never go again. PLEASE GET SOME HAIRNETS!!!!
