Ice cream and service was great but theresnot enough help. The place was dirty. The tables were dirty. They should take time even if a customer has to wait to clean the tables.

I had placed an order for a birthday cake and accidentally placed it for the wrong date. I needed it for today. The young lady there was so nice and understanding (I totally forgot to get her name, but she was the only one there). I explained the situation and she told me she would have my order ready today and at the time I needed it for. She was calling me one hour before to tell me it was ready! I couldn’t be any happier. Fast and great customer service. She literally saved the day!

Baskin Robbin’s used to be my favorite place to get ice cream, but now for multiple visits I have experienced very bad service from the employees. Especially the indian employees. One of the girls tried to hurry us into ordering when it wasn’t even busy. I also had to repeat my order two times and they still got it wrong, I was fed up and just left with what ever she ended up giving me. Baskin Robbin’s please get better attitude employees.

You even seen that they didn't make my shake right and you redid it without me even asking. Over and beyond on being a leader. I seen the leader skills you have. Great job again Ashton. They need to promote you to manager. 5 stars for you all around the board.

I will never patron this place again! Ordered 3 milkshakes that was full of milk. I returned for a refund and was told they could not give us a refund or remake our shakes because we did not want them so they throw them away. The manager told us we had to leave without a refund or milkshakes. The young lady that was helping us was nice about the situation and apologized. But stated it was the owner and it wasn't anything she could do, but she remade the shakes. I feel bad for these employees because the owner is a real mo ey hungry jerk! I understand not giving a refund, but not to even want to make the shakes over and keep my $20! I don't think so. The person that said it was sketchy, it is definitely sketchy.

I ordered the Beach Party with a waffle cone. Everything was good until I got to the bottom of the cone and there was a long strand of black hair in the ice cream... that I almost ate. No, it wasn't my hair because my hair is in locs. I go back in to inform the staff of what I found, and the lady with the pink and blonde braids tells me that she can refund me for the cone which was less than $2.00. She even tried to justify it by telling me the hair was in the CONE and not the ice cream. Mind you, I ordered an ice cream cone... meaning the ice cream was placed in the cone. The hair literally touched my mouth and that's all I can get is a refund for the cone. I kept the hair and the remainder of the cone and will be taking this further. This is a big HEALTH HAZARD.

I get my order for my wife and myself “around 10 minutes after 8pm” and I try to go to the bathroom to wash my hands and run into an employee at the men’s bathroom door saying bathrooms are closed after 8pm? Why? You’re still open? I understand some places don’t have “public” restrooms but this one only said “bathrooms are for customers only” and I’m a paying customer so what’s the issue?. Then I hear a manager snap at the same employee to “hurry up and lock the door!” to the bathroom. What kinda place is this? Sadly this place feels kinda sketchy now, I won’t be back.

Called and inquired about the oreo cookies and cream ice cream cake. I was quoted $27.99. I get there and the price on the box says $27.99. However, it rung up for $29.99. I asked about it thinking it was wrong but the employees said the price was wrong. Cake looks good but I'm sick of the misinformation when it comes the these restaurants. The manager said she put the wrong price so why not just honor the price that was originally shown?
