So disappointed in BWW Southaven tonight. First our nachos had nothing on top. Literal pile of chips with cheese on like 5 chips and sour cream on the same 5 chips. My husband asked for some cheese on the side and after a little back and forth about how much some cheese would cost we got some on the side. 30 minutes later we get our wing order. My husband and our friends went to BWW yesterday 02/12/2023 for Super Bowl. Our waitress Kimmy was great , However the Manager was extremely rude and very disrespectful. We ordered drinks from the Happy Hour menu because our waitress told us it was Happy Hour and our drinks and food would be happy hour price. We get the ticket and everything was regular price.
