My street tacos were good.. my fries were hot fresh and good my burger was okay it was cooked well done like I like my burgers but it didn’t have any seasoning

Me and my 7yr old son was at your restaurant sat feb 15th. We sat near the door and a much older black man was sitting close by alone eating his meal. Not long after our food came out 2 waitresses came to our table to let us know he had paid for our meal. They said he loved the way me and my son interacted. Already a little overwhelmed by such a gesture, I asked about the man. I found out he was a regular. I also found out he just faced tragedy not long ago. As a father, I felt my bottom lip quiver and my eyes water up because this was the worst pain a father can endure. I'd like to locate this man if anyone could help. Good sir if you read this, we will be there every Saturday for a long while hoping to meet you. Me and my son would love to have dinner with you. This time on us. God bless you sir. We are praying for you.

This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. I sat at the bar and ordered a mixed drink that tasted awful, pure sugar! After sitting there for a while, I had to ask for a menu to order food. The waitress (that wasn't busy) walked past me numerous times without taking my order. After twenty minutes of waiting, I decided to go somewhere else. Terrible first experience!👎🏾

The service was super slow. The chicken on my caeser salad was grossly overseasoned to the point that it was hardly edible. Half our table got their food long before everyone else, so they were almost done their meal before the others started. Drink refills were a struggle to get.

Horrible staff ‼️ we sat and waited 45 mins nobody still came to see us . Then had the nerves to be rolling thier eyes cause they didn’t want to do their job ! They seen us come in but kept going to other people tables asking if they needed anything !

Bdubs is probably the definition of it’s good until it isn’t, when my wings are served to me hot they’re great, when served cold wings, I’m not getting the full wild wing effect

If I could rate this bysiness a zero I would ! We waited 20 min before our waitress came and we watched her standing talking to a coworker. Then once we ordered it took a while for her to bring our drinks. The drink I ordered was not good so I told her I didn't want it. Then a manager named Mike came to our tàble and questioned why I didn't like the drink then refused to sell me a $2 beer. They didn't even have the beer I wanted. He then proceeded to go back and forth over the ingredients in the drink. I've never hàd a manager refuse to sell me another drink especially when I didn't drink the first one. All the employees were standing around talking. We had to ask for help even to pay for the discusting cold mozzarella sticks. Our experience was extremely horrible at this location.

I have video of all of them smoking outside Eddie, Jason Eric all smoke weed ......Shaun should see this and run your cameras back. My son lost his job and the protocol to the job is not being followed by any of the Managers. This is a right to work state but all offenders should go as well.
Mike is biased in his findings and has opened a can of turmoil for all the other managers and leads.

One server was trying her best to wait on all the tables. The 3 other girls were standing in their area, talking and just doing nothing. People were still coming in and the one server was waiting on them, while the other servers were still standing in their area doing nothing. Never seen anything like this. Where was the management? Sorry to say there was no leadership, the adults that are working here need guidance. We will never come back, it’s just awful all the way around.

We came in around 9:30 we stood at the front waiting to be seated for at least 10 mins before we were told to just go find somewhere to sit we sat down and we waited another 20 mins at least for anyone to acknowledge us or give us menus a server came by to get our drink order and another 15 mins later a different server comes by and says the previous server gave her the drink order and she would bring them she never did I had to stop and ask her for our drinks she finished cleaning a table before she ever got them we ordered two different appetizers only one came out we had to ask a different server for the other one then our food came out I had to get up and ask someone for silverware when our waitress finally came back I asked her for refills and napkins she brought them back with a attitude then asked my friend if she needed anything else she said no I was chewing food and the waitress turns to me and rudely says and are you ok ? Do you need anything else at this point someone talking to me like that was completely uncalled for this whole place needs to clearly be under new management and this server needs to be terminated

Where do I even start? This was my first time or was supposed to be my first time having Buffalo Wild Wings. It took forever just for our waitress to get our drink orders alone. We were then there for a little under an hour before we got our food which was cold by the way. I actually never received my food although everyone else at my table did as well as people who were seated after us. I flagged down a waitress who ignored me at first glance to tell her I no longer wanted the meal and to take it off my check. We waited another 20 minutes and still no check. We had to go to the front desk to get our waitress to get us our checks. Shocker! My food was still on the check although I never even received it. I told her to take it off and she asked if I still wanted it. No one apologized for the awful service or long wait. Nothing was compensated either. I highly HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
