Walked up to the counter to order my food and wasn’t even acknowledged bc the lady taking orders was on her phone and had her back to the counter. Another worker had to tell her that there was guests at the counter. Also once our food was ready which took over 15 minutes no one told us it was even ready and we checked numerous times to see if it was ready nor was it brought to us. So when we got our food fries were cold and my burger was cold. Drink machine only had Powerade, no napkins, lobby was dirty. Everyone there showed no concern for good customer service and was in no hurry to make to serve its customers. Maybe young adults shouldn’t be left there without better guidance or understanding of what they should be doing.

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes before being told to "hold on" rudely. Continued to wait another 5 minutes before driving up to the window. No customers in the drive thru or dining area. Employees just standing around. We never got waited on.

Was there at 7pm on Tuesday. Doors were locked. Sign on door says dine in open till 10pm and drive thru open until midnight. Went to drive thru- woman says "Welcome to Burger King. We're closed". No explanation why.
