I went to the Captain D’s located in Batesville Ms . The food was served hot and it tasted great. Customer service was great.
Parking: You can park your vehicle and walk in and order your food . Plenty of parking spaces.
Kid-friendliness: You can bring you kids to eat and dine in .

I hate that it says they close at 10pm, but when you pull up to the drive thru at 845pm or anytime after, they state they're closed. Just change your hours if you're going to refuse service. This has happened to me twice and a friend of mine stated the same. Save yourselves the trouble and drive to Horn Lake or Elvis Presley.

The fish is too small and when I informed them that I want a bigger one they tell me it's filets or nuggets. Like you can clearly see that this is not the meal one paid for. My blackend could of been more blackend. Also didn't offer me another opportunity but clearly offered another customer who noticed the same issue a solution. I was outraged but I'm professional.

I gave two stars because the food was fresh but Ms Jamisha needs help with customer service, she didn’t greet me, she acted like I called her in to work. She clearly didn’t want to be there and it showed. Please stop leaving a customer with someone who doesn’t value their job. This behavior is the reason robots are being created.
