Ordered to go chicken wings, and when I open the box to eat them, the chicken was not cleaned and full of feathers. When I called back to get a refund, the girl who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. She said if I wanted to refund I’d have to drive all the way back up there with the food which is what I did. I get up there and she didn’t give me the full refund only for the actual “wings” even though I didn’t touch any of it. So disgusting. Don’t eat there.

To be honest, everything there is okay. Not good. Not bad, but just okay. I've ordered wings from them. Bread wings, which is kind of nasty, but I still ordered them. Fries usually be cold. I've ordered a Philly cheesesteak, which was gross, NEVER again! The prices are kind of high for the quality of food. They need to do better.

Experience was A+++The very FIRST one was in Chicago!!!! The one on 3rd end up closing but THIS one rrrrriiiiiiggght HERE!!!!!! Yyyyyeeeaaaahhhh (Lil John voice) They on point, plus they have the lemon pepper seasoning to drop in to that junt!!!!!! Whoever wrote them bad reviews must had a bad attitude coming in the door. The young lady (? cutie) was very professional, knew exactly what I wanted with the different flavors for the tenders!!!! THEY ?? AT THIS LOCATION, WILL BE BACK
Call in and they just let the phone ring this happen three other time this is a lost of business

While we love yalls food there is only 2 nice cashiers at this establishment everyone else is rude. I also find the fact that we saw mold on the cheesecake very disgusting and honestly lazy on the part of your employees. Not to mention yall always seem to close at least 30 mins early. I also have a picture of the molded cheesecake I'm just not sure how to post it.
Went to JJ’s at 9:26p and the girl behind the counter said, “I’m closed.” The website and door both have the hours of 10a-10p. Evidently, the employee can’t tell time. Sorry Mister JJ, you lost a good $75-100 order because of her.

DISGUSTING.!!!!!! FISH. SHRIMP. FRIES. CHEESECAKE. ALL TASTELESS WITH NO SEASONING OR FLAVOR, WHATSOEVER!!! I went here on a day that I came off of a restricted food regimen. Total waist of my time and money. I got the 14.99 special and two slices of 2.99 cheesecake. The food was hot, and that's the only great thing about my meal. The cashier was more interested in interacting with his visitor, instead of placing all of my meal items into my bag. My coleslaw was missing, so I had to waist time going back into the establishment to retrieve it. As previously stated,...I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE!!!!
