It's a smaller restaurant, but it's a TOTAL HIDDEN GEM in Southaven. The first time my hubby and I went was on a kid free Cinco de Mayo 2 or 3 years ago. I'm typically not a huge Mexican food fan ( don't like onions, peppers, or spice), but this restaurant was different. It has lots of option.... I mean HUGE LIST! THE DRINKS ARE AMAZING!!! NOT WATERED DOWN AT ALL. If possible, sit in our new friend's (Hunter) section, he was so sweet and attentive, even with a restaurant full of people. My husband started calling him 2 Chainz after drinking the first quarter of his margarita....LOL...SMH!! I had a Walk Me Down that's comparable to the ones I've had in New Orleans.....that says A LOT!!! Just try it! I do t think you'll be disappointed.

Some of the best queso I've had in this area. Service was quick and wait staff were professional and polite without being too chatty. Food was amazing! Had the birria tacos and quesabirria, which were perfectly fried and the barbecoa was perfectly juicy I plan on going back soon to try some of the other dishes. Can't wait!
The food is ok, but the people that work there don't have good customer service. They don't acknowledge you at all. The one on Perkins(Memphis)is way better.

What a waste of time!Do NOT order online here! I showed up 40 minutes later to pick up my food. And they can't tell me anything.Finally, they are trying to blame their computer for not being able to see my order, while not caring enough to do anything about it. Then they try to blame the third party that supposedly handles the ordering on THEIR OWN website! And the guy says if they don't call him on the phone after placing the online order, then they don't take the order. So if you're hungry, then ordered online on their own website and wait as instructed and then show up to get it, you will basically be treated like an idiot. Oh well. They could care less. Ok, lots of other dining choices around! I actually thought this was a bit harsh but at no time did they apologize, ask if they can take a fresh order, offer to expedite it or a discount. Not even asking if they should proceed with the order. Absolutely nothing. I had to ask to place a new order and then wait for it. Nearly an hour and a half after ordering, I finally got it. My dish was missing the tortillas it was supposed to come with. So who knows how many of these online orders are placed daily and they allow it to continue and simply waste people's time and then refuse to take responsibility.

Ordered fish tacos the fish smelled bad so I sent it back they still charged me for them they said because I didn't like them I still had to pay for them. My last time to go
It was great. One of my fish tacos has a tiny piece of meat in it, but the other 2 were normal. I didn't complain, I just devoured it while my friend held my infant. Everything was great except that one taco.

The past several visits the food and service were excellent, but the frozen margaritas were lacking tequila. The flavor was good, just no alcohol. For their price......they really should do better!!!

We stopped in here for a quick bite around 1pm on a Saturday. It wasn't busy. Our server was a young woman, not sure if she was new, but her English was limited. We order the guacamole- we requested for it to be spicy. It was beautifully made but lacked flavor and it was not spicy! Disappointed We had two margaritas - one top shelf and the other a skinny margarita.- I asked the server if the skinny marg could be top shelf- she stated no. I asked what the skinny marg was made with- she didn't know. I asked her to bring it anyway. Both drinks were good. We ordered a fully loaded nacho platter- the platter consist of ground beef, chicken, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. We order the queso blanco and some Jalapeño on the side because the nachos were lackluster. (I forgot to take a pic of it) Overall, cute restaurant and ambiance. I will go again only to try the fajita platter.
