This restaurant is the greatest in food, service, and atmosphere. The employees are well trained and are very professional and courteous. This training is reflective in all employees everywhere I go from loccation to location, and the food is always the same good. On a scale of one to 10, I rate them a 20. Completing this survey is "my pleasure," as they always say in response to a thank you.

Dietary restrictions: Food seems to be prepared in a very healthy way. The chicken is not greasy.

Parking: These restaurants stay very busy due to the high quality food and excellent service. Although they may have up to three lanes of cars going through the drive-thru, no worries. They are highly organized, and the lanes move very quickly. This restaurant is hard to beat.

My family and I love eating here! To much! lol
But last week I ordered through the chick fil a app for delivery and used my points for a free frosted coffee and never received my order I payed $45 and then received a call from a DoorDash driver telling me order was stolen from another driver and my order was then cancelled and I called the number the Chick-fil-A app had and the lady I spoke with told me I would receive my refund within three days! This was on Jan. 28th and I still have yet to receive my refund?! :( very disappointing! $45 was a lot to spend that day I was sick for two weeks and my daughter was sick as well and she just wanted some chick fil a so I decided to spend that money and was out my last bit of extra money and nor did she get her lunch that day she wanted.. 🤦‍♀️ I would be mindful

It takes a lot for me to get to this point but once I feel played with it’s up. It’s better to go look them in the eyes at this location even though they are a prejudice location. Never ordering online again I ask for extra pickles it looks like they harassed my sandwich and not in a good way😳

I love some Chickfila, the service is always friendly, the food is always good, and the place is always clean. This particular location is difficult to get in and out of the parking lot on some days, it's an older location that could benefit from some expanded space for customers to move about. The inside is a bit cramped for sitting as well during certain times of the year.

There's a lot of prejudice and micro aggressions by the people who work here. I've came into this store many times and stood in clear view and watched numerous white employees and managment look at me then proceed to try to find something else to do or help someone else that is white.

On numerous occasions I've stood at the counter only to have up to 3 people look pass me and give refills and take orders of other white customers behind me in line. I hate picking up door dash orders because I know I'm gonna be waiting because the staff is too prejudice and/or racist to simple do their job and assist me.

I'm giving four stars for excessive traffic. I got my order quickly, so 5 stars. I got the order on 45 minute break in area. Usually when I'm leaving work a wait to leave ,due Chick-fil-A traffic. These people handle what looked like three lines and people inside, so 5 stars.

there was not a rush to get the line down and my nuggets weren’t fresh and my French fries were hard I woundnt recommend going through the drive thru on a Saturday night

This is the closest location to my job so I'm a semi-regular and the service is always good (as Chik Fil A is known for), but recently, I was in the area and ate inside with my family and was exceptionally pleased with the level of customer service and engagement. I especially want to give a shout out to Darrion in particular. He really embodies the level of service that the restaurant is known for.
