Dark skin lady very rude, try to do one prefer as a time… we were there customers on 9/19/25… customer service is everything, if you’re not having a good morning or day … stay at the back!! No smile , no greeting at all…

I was shocked at how bad this location has gone down! The grill wasn't on so I knew i was about to be served left overs.. chicken was dry.. was asked if I wanted lettuce.. I said no its brown an slimey.. she laughed.. askes for a water cup.. she gave me one from KFC.. the place was filthy.. floors, drink bar,windows and tables.. all this at 11:15am. Use to be packed by then.. only one couple in lobby..at first I thought I was lucky to order so quickly but soon figured out why.

All the meat is dried out and you see it once you walk up. Now they give you smaller portions and it's no longer 9 dollars it's 14. My bowl made my stomach upset. My husband said it was horrible Fast food is no longer the same your better off making at home with family or creating a hands on dinner date and make it yourself with your date for fun because the food is becoming less tasteful and more expensive. Not worth my money honestly we shouldn't be paying 20$ almost for food that's not healthy you or make you sick

I asked only white rice, black beans, carnitas and tomato. But the meal has so much animal oil (I guess it came from carnitas).and damaged my car seat. I went back to store and showed it to the manager. She apologized and returned the charges.

The food is inconsistent and the service is terrible. Every time I go, I'm never greeted when I go to the pick-up window, everyone appears unhappy and I always have to wait 5 minutes or more for anyone to acknowledge me. I keep going to this location with hopes it will get better, but I will start going to the new location in Horn Lake.

I should’ve known when there were no cars in the parking lot. This was by far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. They were out of a couple items, and even though I was the only customer, I stood there for a while before anyone acknowledged me. It felt like no one wanted to help.
Food was great, portions were huge, staff members were friendly. Definitely representing Chipotle well.

This chipotle is complete trash. They always short you on the serving size and when you ask for a little more they will charge you double. There will be anoiter one opening up soon on goodman and horn lake rd.

First time ever trying this place very disappointed, I was delivered the wrong food the chips they gave me for my dip was not even half way full didn’t have enough chips to finish my dip just ridiculous. I will never order from this place again.
