I have been a customer of several different Chiptole and to say that they would give half spoons of meat and charge double the price is crazy. I should have followed my first mind and proceeded a few miles further. Not a loss for Chiptole but definitely first and last for this location.

Upon entering I noticed the restaurant was kind of dirty. The tables were not wiped down and the floor was sticky to my feet. At the counter I noticed the food bins were empty and there were scraps everywhere. The staff seemed not to care nor were they friendly. I don't think I'll be back to this restaurant the next time I'm in town.

I don't know what it is about the morning and day shift here but THEY ARE TERRIBLE! Every experience is bad. Attitudes for no reason, baby portion sizes, I dread coming and thats so sad to me.. After 5pm it's a different story Ask for anything and you can get it no problem, but something has to be done about the day shift.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This Chipotle location has completely gone downhill. The food is often out, and customers have to wait 25-30 minutes for them to cook basic items. Even simple ingredients like sour cream are frequently unavailable. The staff is very young and unprofessional—they seem more interested in playing around than doing their jobs.
The worst experience was last Saturday at 6 PM when they locked the doors for the rest of the night, even though the posted closing time is 11 PM. This kind of service is unacceptable. Management needs to step up or be replaced because this location is a far cry from the quality and reliability I expect from Chipotle.
I used to love coming here but this time the place was dirty, they were out of certain things and the cashier seemed to have a nasty attitude. Very disappointed.

They never have anything ready or cooked. Walked in today and they turned me around as soon as I walked in saying loudly “We ain’t got no food” and acted like I was bothering them. What restaurant doesn’t have any food most the people who work there need to find some new jobs because they don’t know what they are doing

Get there the place is suppose to be opened at 11 they had customers waiting around for 40 minutes after already being open and was in serving drive thru said something to the manager all she can say is her boss knows which is very unprofessional did not tell the ppl the system was down they just standing around didn’t have any corn so when some of the customers ask for it from drive thru it was giving and when I asked for corn they told me it’s against policy I guess cause I spoke up they chose to retaliate, all those workers where unprofessional and need to be fired
