Went with my husband and two kids here. And the cashier at 5:42pm on Friday, December 5, 2025 overcharged me. We were paying for 4 adults. Which is 54 dollars and some change. And she charged me part on my card then 38 in cash but ended up overcharging me when their tap pay screwed up. I told the cashier it charged my card an extra 27.12 off my card rather than the 38 dollars plus 16.04 off my other bank card when she had me redo my card payments due to their systems messing up. So I still have a extra charge of 27.12 on my other card and their Hispanic manager there tonight would not correct the matter and the cashier instead of even with showing proof of her charges just pocketed the extra cash. And their manager fussed at my husband and myself. So this place and the employees are crooked.
It should have cost me 54 dollars and some change after 4 adults but I was charged a total of $81.16 for 4 adults instead of the 54 I paid with cash and them charging my other card due to the cashier kept messing things up after a payment was already processed!

Showed up with my 3 yr old on 2/3/25 around 6:45pm. Walked in and the gentleman just stood at the register saying nothing. I assumed he was working on something on the computer so I also said nothing. After realizing he wasn't doing anything but just staring at me I told him 2 buffets and the age of my child. He said nothing but the total and handed me 2 drink cups.
The food itself is extremely basic and mid. I get it's an Italian chain but even Fazoli's isn't as bad and they're an Italian chain as well. This was a short of the moment choice that I will definitely not make again.

Definitely crowded but it's expected for a pizza buffet. The staff is friendly and attentive. You can request a pizza that's not up on the buffet and staff will make sure it's made.

This is a well maintained cici. The pizza supreme especially is well made.the salad bar is pretty good. Be advised that after-school is NOT a good time as a bunch of the parents bring the kids and the place is packed.

The pizza was hot and yummy, variety was great, the desert pizza was delicious and the salad bar was clean and the veggies were fresh. Good time for kids ! Huge arcade rooms with lots of games to choose from. We will definitely be back. The price is really good too!

I used to frequent this location as child with my mom. I was in town today with family and we decided to stop by with all of our kids. 75% of the “pizza buffet” is now taken up with salad toppings and pasta sauces. The section for pizza was also shared with desserts. When I was kid 75% of the buffet wasn’t anything but pizza, all different types. Literally so pizza you would get overwhelmed from coming down the line. We all left very disappointed.
Super nice employees! I will say they tried extremely hard to keep the bar filled with pizza even with the amount of patrons.

Stopped in with my son tonight and this location was extremely busy but the staff was doing a great job trying to keep up with the demand and the cleaning also have always liked this location and will continue to stop in when in the area with my kids

Came here for a post-season party for my daughter's soccer team some time back. The pizza was excellent, and the service was a bit slow but not surprising for a group that size. The staff were all friendly, and the kids enjoyed the games present there. It was pretty loud there, with the music and game sounds making it a little hard to talk over, not to mention crowd noises. I don't mind noise as a rule, but my son had some issues with it.
All in all, CiCis is a good place for pizza and an affordable option for team parties.

Cici's Pizza in Southaven is the best location my husband and I have ever been to. The service we received was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean, pizza was fresh and delicious. We requested a pizza and it was cooked quickly and delicious. The manager Lynn was extremely friendly and worked very fast and efficient to keep the pizzas coming to the buffet line. I spoke with Lynn for a couple of minutes and provided her kudos. We will definitely be back!!
