We were in on a Friday night. Wasn't busy. We ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae and a banana split. Both were good, just could've used a little more toppings. The employees were very friendly and the store was very clean. Will definitely return.

Service was very inviting and respectful.

We ordered 2 banana split blast for pickup at windows. $13.84 for two medium. No Bananas in one, only a piece of banana in the other. A soupy mixture of strawberries and very few pineapple bits, very disappointed

It's a little sad to say that DQ is a bit hard to find in the Memphis area. This one is a favorite stop for my family, and though it's a 10 mile drive out of our way sometimes, we find ourselves gravitating here for the fast friendly service and the amazing Blizzards they give out through that little window.

Occasionally we've made the choice to stop in, and the people inside are just as friendly as the ones at the window. The tables and seats are always clean, the AC is always cold, and the food is just as fresh. I like the atmosphere in there, and the wall signs to stare at while we eat.

I'm from Texas and grew up on DQ I know it's alot to expect the same service and quality but the quality was surprisingly great but the service needs work

Stood at tge counter for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged our presence...

Went inside. Ordered a Oreos blizzard and a coke.
Never got the coke.
7 mins later dude looks me in the eye and ask if I got a Oreo blizzard.
I said yes that and a coke.

Says ok and hands over the Oreo blizzard to another guy and then proceeds to start taking a different guy’s order.
I ask him if he truly just asked if that was my order to give it to another guy and he says he didn’t hear…
Minimum wage is too much for some people.
