The 3-stars are not a reflection of the food. The food is 5-stars. Some of THEE best fast food ever, especially those homestyle burgers. However, the service is not so great...never fails, no matter the location, everybody acts like they don't want to be at work, which I totally understand bc who likes work? BUT in a customer service role, kindness is part of the job. If you can't be kind, maybe choose another job. The wait for the food is also a bit long, but everything...
They do a really good job with the fried fish. My only complaint is a young lady that purposely kept trying to distract just to keep the change.....COUNT YOUR CHANGE BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF.
It took awhile to get my order but it was worth the wait 🤩
The staff was amazing which made the long wait tolerable. My food was served hot and fresh just the way I like it ..side note......
There are 2 other Dixie queens closer to me but I choose this one all the time because of the fresh food and good customer service
