Today, I purchased a sausage, egg breakfast sandwich and I was the only car there. I sat at the window for 30 minutes just to receive this raw uncooked sandwich. The staff was literally just sitting there talking and playing around in the front. While waiting for a truck. I asked the cashier to cancelled my transaction several times. This could have made me sick. This is an unprofessional establishment. The owner should be sued for this kind of behavior, treatment. He should be careful with who he has working in his place of business.

About 2 months ago I went to Dixie Queen twice in one week & used my back card & on July 21, 2025 my bank card was ran twice without my permission whatever mistakes that was made by the business is not my fault or anyone else you don't run someone's card 2 months after they have been there luckily I had card locked & this action is being investigated that was very unprofessional & I will never spend my money with this business again

After a 12-hour road trip from Wisconsin, this was our first stop in Mississippi and it did not disappoint! The drinks were so good they tasted like home, honey! The hot wings were delicious, everything was super affordable, and the service was amazing. The sweet woman at the window was so kind and welcoming. A perfect first stop!

This location had really went down bad ordered a cheeseburger combo bread was fried like toast on the a top smh a complete mess meat taste really spicy like no season on the burger at all like they cooked it in pepper fries nasty taste like old grease won’t be back ever again ohh to add got a slush was water down as ever they need to do better
