I drive 40 minutes out of my way to visit this store. Yesterday, I asked if a coffee on the counter belonged to me, and no one answered. When I reached for the coffee several people yelled no. So, I apologized. As my daughter and I were leaving the worker with the glasses and long wavy hair started talking about me. I filled out the survey on the ticket. Of course, I went this morning. The same nasty worker said under her breath "Oh, she's back." Yes, I'm autistic and visiting that particular Dunkin had become part of my routine; however there is a Starbucks right down the street. I can learn to like their coffee. Let your petty and disgusting worker know that was MY last time spending money at that Dunkin. I worked in dining and fast food; I understand that the people with the nastiest personalities can be the most efficient workers. Hope customer service gets better for you guys.

Some of the staff are friendly some are not last time I went in there manager looked at me and rolled her eyes not very friendly at all need new staff starting with manager

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!! From the manager to the employees…. The food… terrible… I ordered a chicken and roasted pepper wrap and it was hard as a brick… literally. Employee- “it comes out the oven like that.” No ma’am, it’s over cooked. Potatoes were still cold (fresh out the freezer) Manager and employee were both rude. The only reason I wanted my money back was because of their terrible customer service…

I stop by here every morning for coffee and sometimes something to eat. I think today was my last time visiting though. I wanna say almost every time I've been I told the person at the drive thru menu and at the window thank you just to get a blank stare, turn around without saying anything, or a uh-huh. A simple smile and a you're welcome or my pleasure goes a long way. I can throw a rock to Starbucks from this location so I will try my luck there.

Ordered on the app and, upon arrival, was advised they were out of the 2 different coffees i ordered. Also ordered a dozen donuts, which were dried out.
If I could it would be a negative rating, poor decision making an apparently the discounted items aren't discounted... The items are not discounted in the point of sale systems..... Noone could issue any type of discount, even this the sign states a discounted price.... The Duncan's in this area need a revamp an employees that'll do their jobs an not just show up to get a check !

LOVE this dunkin. all the girls that work here are sooo sweet and my drinks are always yummy. i have started coming here instead of starbucks because of starbucks’ union busting, so it makes me feel better and it’s delicious. 10/10 recommend. (and they have cute little spooky decorations on the drive thru window)
