Starving...stopped here; our first clue should've been the lack of cars in the parking lot...the second clue was the big sign on the door saying they are no longer able to serve alcohol...The cheese dip, salsa, and chips were very good and the waiter was very attentive. The deal breaker was when we were told "we are out of ground beef" and he refilled our diet cokes out of a can...needless to say, we had our chips and dip and went on.

Great Food and Great Service. This is my parents go to place to get their Mexican fix and now I see why. The food was fresh and our waiter, who my parents always request had a great sense of humor and very efficient. The only small complaint would be that the salsa was not very memorable, but all in all we had a great dinner.

I ordered the nachos with chicken, steak, and shrimp, and it was delicious. The pitcher of margaritas made the trip worth it alone. I will definitely be returning. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because depending on the server you don't get checked on as often as you should. Also, the atmosphere is dated.

Food was typical Americanized Mexican. The queso shrimp and chicken was terrible. The queso was not cheese. It tasted like something from a can. The chicken was dried, burnt, and hard. The service was sloooowwww. We waited an hour for our food. The facility is very old. I'm scared to see what the kitchen looks like. I'm sure there's a Taco Bell nearby. Go there.

On a side note I left my purse there, realized shortly after leaving & the courteous staff reassured me over the phone they had it not to worry. Good Karma will be coming back their way!!
This is a great example of "just regular old Mexican-American food"... Julio is almost always there - and he is the best waiter on the planet! The food is delcious, the service is fast and the prices are EXCELLENT... we eat here a LOT... it's like a second home to us! Our children love it, my friends love it, and we hardly ever, ever eat Mexican anywhere else.

My husband and i have gone here for years. The food has been good and the service has been adequate. We went there Thursday night for an early Valentine's day meal and the service was horrible. After not seeing our waiter for At least 30 minutes my husband asked 2 other people to get our waiter. after being totally ignored for another 30 minutes he finally went and found our waiter. We have decided to find another place to go from now on.
