My friend introduced me this evening. This is such a cute and intimate spot. I definitely want to get dolled up and have a date night. I wish I got photos, the presentation was wonderful. We'll be returning.

I was part of a large group on Friday 10/25/24. My experience was very disappointing. I can not remember the young lady’s name that attended to us but, I was not pleased at all. First, she comes in and told us that she had not worked since the menu had been changed and we needed to be patient with her. Why? If she knew prior to showing up for work, she should have attempted to familiarize herself with the menu. Maybe, it could have been emailed or texted to her. Then after several of us had decided what we were going to order, she asked if she could have the menus because there was another large party in the establishment. And!!! These two statements should have not been made to us at ALL!!! We paid over $300.00 for the room and your employee makes the above statements!!! I sincerely can say that the customer service is lacking!!! The only positive aspect during my visit was the food. The service was AWFUL!!! For this to be a $$$$ eating place, the service was not professional at ALL!!!

Food was good, lamb chops were small but delicious. The wait time for my bacon rack which was an appetizer took longer than I anticipated. It came out two minutes before our meals came. Service was great and much appreciated !

I first discovered this place over the summer and as a foodie and one that especially enjoys steak, I thought this would be an experience above Longhorn but below an STK or a Capital Grille which is not a bad spot to be in. It turned out to be more of a Logan’s type of place. The ambiance definitely lacked. The noise level in the private party room was crazy but given the size of the restaurant space, idk that they can really do anything about it. I could barely hear myself think though. The staff were all friendly and prompt. I love French onion soup and not one restaurant that considers itself to be “prime” has failed on execution. Ember & Oak did. It was horrible. It had no flavor and was actually bitter. The bread is not prime restaurant quality and the butter was no better. It was almost liquid which was odd. The salad was by far the worse. I’ll let the pic speak for itself. I ordered the ribeye and medium well was my temp. I also asked for hollandaise which was poorly executed. The steak was overcooked and definitely not a high grade for the price. Steak- specifically ribeyes- are my fav. The Brussels sprouts were also overdone and not enjoyable. The baked potato was overcooked and not hot. Very disappointed. If you enjoy high end dining, this is not the place to go.

I was alone so I ate at the bar. I asked the bartender a few questions including whether the Entree came with a salad. She said it did. I ordered the lamb chops prepared medium. She took my order and that was the end of the salad. The lamb arrived well past medium with no discernable flavor except for the meat. The lamb was served on a bed of risotto that was very sticky. I decided to indulge my sweet tooth and ordered the chocolate lava cake. It came as a small bundt cake in a bowl with another bowl of vanilla ice cream. For the money, there are a half a dozen better restaurants nearby. I won't be back.

Everything was great! Kara was amazing. She was very attentive and made great food recommendations. Menu online isn’t updated so menu in person has way more food options and similar foods to previous menu.

Comfortable yet upscale atmosphere. The food was done perfectly. I recommend the appetizer sampler. The waitress, Camisha was a pleasure. She made us feel like we were friends, but was still very professional.

I'm very disappointed that I chosen this place to celebrate my wife and I 2nd Year Anniversary on "9/3/2024 4pm reservation", the cheese sticks, crab cakes, and wine was good however, it went down hill with the main course, My wife had the cajun pasta it was all stuck together from the cheese being to thick. I had the half dozen oyster rockefeller worst I ever had, they weren't cooked properly neither were they hot, look as if they just threw spinach & half melted cheese on top of them, I also had the Halibut was very bland, it was absolutely to hot ? when brought to me, I had to let it sit for atleast 10 minutes to cool before I could even attempt to taste it. When I did taste the Halibut it was dried out in the middle from being over cooked. My bill was a $179 & a $20 tip for Taylor because he was the only thing awesome doing out experience.

They took my wedding anniversary reservation for brunch ( clearly says on this website that brunch is until 4.00 on Sunday)
This was confirmed by email.
We got there at 3:45 and were told that they were already closed.
If I could give zero stars I would.
I’ve never given anyone a bad review before. But we were given, and had a confirmed reservation for 4:00

My advice… go elsewhere.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and Nathaniel , our server, was amazing. Unfortunately, he was the only reason I did not complete hate my experience here.
The food ranged from good, the crab cakes, to bad—the steak had way too much gristle and fat and no seasoning at all— to horrendous. I was served a salad with two hard stems in it and a third stem was served to me in the Brussels sprouts.

To make matters worse, the manager came to ask about the food and I mentioned some of the inadequacies of the food and he did not offer to remedy them. Our served did comp us a dessert that was actually good as well.

All in all I do not recommend this place.

My husband and I wanted to try something new for our anniversary. While our server Nathaniel was in incredible, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant’s name, the ribeye was not a prime cut (probably not even choice). Much of it was inedible fat and gristle. Further the steak was severely under seasoned, so that I had to resort to putting steak sauce on it. The salad had two stems in it from the heads of the romaine lettuce. The Brussel sprouts had an inedible stem in it as well. The pecan pie was good. The crab cakes were good. Basically if you want good service, come here. If you want good food, try someplace else.
