On Feb-24-26 I had a wonderful dining experience here at Ember Oaks. It was my 49th birthday me and my boyfriend didn't know where to go for some good lamb chops. Well this place did not disappoint. From the customer service to the food and our waiter (Tyler). I was so happy. The live saxophonist was beautiful as well. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to dine and unwind.!!!

Just left a bad review. Should have included that this was the second time we ate there since new ownership. We went there after the new owners took over and my wife ordered steak and lobster. The lobster was not edible. The service was slow. Two times with the new ownership, would suggest to pass on this place. Two people will cost you at least 150. Not worth it. The only reason I went there was it was the only place in town with reservations available on Valentine's Day. I guess the that should have been a red flag. Never again.

The worst service. 30 minites to get drinks, 45 minutes for burnt bread after asking twice. Second drink had to go to bar for. An hour and a half later talked to manager and he said 20 minutes more for steaks. Told him to just bring the salads and the bill now. People who came in after us received there steaks and appetizers before we even got the salads. Will never go back there.
My husband took me here for the first time last night. We had reservations for 6pm. When we walked in, we noticed two other parties waiting to be seated. We stood at the door for 10 minutes. We were not acknowledged by any passing staff. Once I stopped someone to ask about our reservation, she said there were not any tables available, but we could sit in the meeting room. We did not mind, so we were seated in the meeting room. Once there, we sat for 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table. A waitress eventually showed up to pour us water, and I asked if we could order. She said she was not our server, but she will go ahead and take our order.
The food was really good. I had lobster tails with Mac and cheese and a Caesar salad. My husband had a steak with baked potato. The only reason I am giving this place the stars I did is because the food was decent. We will not be returning though.

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Sara at Ember & Oak, and she was truly exceptional. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made thoughtful recommendations that elevated our entire dining experience.

We tried for days to get ahold of someone by phone, through facebook and email. I finally got ahold of someone on 1/31 to make a reservation for my bachelorette party to come here on 2/7. Was told reservation was made. Called to follow up on 2/4 and was told they had no recollection of my reservation and now we cannot book a reservation due to them being full. We had to scramble and find a different restaurant last minute for my bachelorette due to their unorganization. We were highly dissatisfied with this experience and will not be back in the future. However, Mesquite Chophouse is across the street and has been a breeze to work with. I suggest booking with them !

Brunch menu choices were 7 out 10. French toast rolls were delicious but a little hard;Need a softer version. I wanted char-broiled oysters but that not served for brunch 😩🤷🏽. Tea was fresh brewed and delicious 😋. Service was mediocre, but I was informed they only had 3 servers for the day (which was somewhat full, not completely). Im going back on at Friday or Saturday evening, but Sunday brunch was good.

The food was underwhelming. I only finished half of my pork chop. It was overcooked and dry as cardboard. I ordered the pork chop because I refuse to pay $94 for an 8oz filet. Much higher quality steaks can be had at Folks Folly or Ruth’s Chris at a more reasonable price. Not to mention, their steaks come out perfect. Simply put, save your money and go to Logan’s Steakhouse. This place is a Logan’s masquerading as a high end steak house. The only thing “Prime” in here are the prices.

Im giving this place 5 stars because it is not a 3.8 which is what Google had it now. It's a 4.5 star restaurant. Here's the deal. Lots of bourbon. Nice atmosphere. Good bar tenders. Food cane out quick. I had the grilled oysters. They are solid. And the chicken also good. Now. The portions are smaller that I like and they added a 20% tip to the bill. Odd for a party of one. Might want to rethink that. Overall good food.

I read the reviews and was concerned. However, the food, atmosphere and service was all nice. A gentleman (in a festive holiday jacket) came to our table to check on us. He was also nice. Our experience here was good.
