Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

The atmosphere was very nice, our server was awesome very friendly and helpful. We had a large party but he paid attention to everyone. The food... The spinach dip was good. The salad was beautiful and fresh but the dressing was salty, my potatoes were warm, but that steak was cooked perfectly (medium well just the way I like it and it was hot). I didn't think to take a picture until after I cut into my steak. I purchased a drink as well, with my tip my total was about $120 for just my self. Pricey yes, but a good night was had with family and friends. Oh and that brownie sundae was good, I think that brownie should have be served warm though.

We love the food here and they were having a super busy Friday night. We got carry out. But I literally paid over $20 for an ahi tuna super food salad that came with 4 pieces of ahi tuna instead of the 8 pieces I've received before and that it shows in the pics on the menu. I feel completely ripped off :(

We were there with a group. I ordered my 9 0z filet medium rare. While it was medium rare, the outside was charbroiled. In addition, my bacon had come off and it just lacked a professional presentation.

Service did stall out and bit, but I don't think it was intentional or the norm. I'd go back.

Medium steak was dry.

Went for brunch with my wife and I had the steak and egg bowl. It was literally the worst tenderloin I've ever had. Extremely tough and inedible. One of the poached eggs was cooked completely through. The potatoes had no seasoning at all, not even salt. The mushrooms are great.

Service was ok, however she asked at the end if we were together or separate. My wife and I are an interracial couple, but we wear our rings and literally shared our food and drinks. Annoying. I will not be back. I don't usually go to chains

This was not a good experience this visit. Our food took a while to come out after we ordered. It was not cooked like we asked. Food was sent back twice and it still was wrong. Emma was great! The drinks from the bar were great. The kitchen just needs to get it together. The manager was great. Maybe tonight was an off night. I’ll give them another chance to get it together.

Disappointed & Won’t Be Returning

I’ve visited Southaven Firebirds many times and even brought coworkers and out-of-town family from Puerto Rico and Maryland just last week because it used to be a favorite. Unfortunately, my last night’s visit was extremely disappointing.
I brought my mother and two sons, my mom’s vegetables came out raw and cold, and my salmon was raw in the middle. Our server didn’t write anything down, because “she’s that good” but kept forgetting items and didn’t bring some of my items. When I asked to speak with a manager, she was polite, she even told me my salmon was “medium” I don’t eat undercooked fish, especially not from a wood grill restaurant.
They did refund the meals that weren’t eaten, which I appreciated, but the overall service and lack of care were unacceptable. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location again.

Our baked potatoes arrived cold. We asked for them to be heated and she brought back two more cold ones. Service was also a bit slow. Salmon was wonderful

Did a take out the place looks extremely nice inside out and the work staff is nice and even the manger is helpful and friendly I will most definitely return

Sooooooo many flies. If you choose to eat outside, rethink and do NOT do it. I ate here for my birthday and I didn’t enjoy the experience. Flies started swarming as soon as our food was brought out. If a restaurant offers an outdoor dining experience, they need to make sure they have some type of way to keep the flies away.

Where do I start our server Anthony gave us a great experience; from the bread crumbing, and the cleanliness of the table. The food came out great we love his service over all.

The waiter..was very unprofessional..took for ever to take our order. Had to get the manager to bring our mix drinks drinks..he was at another customer table talking for over 20 min..never came back to check on us..bad service
