Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

I used to eat at a location in Bartlett years ago and it was wonderful....but this location was not impressive. Food was WAY over priced. Tomahawk pork chop was very pink in the middle and cool to the touch. Service was ok but quite slow. Won't ever go back.

Food was not good and we were told by the manager that the baked potato was set to serve at 4pm so they had to rush them out... Which they were not cooked throughout...x2!

Won't be going here again!
It's been a long time since I've been in a restaurant that was so empty and yet had such slow service. Our waiter left us for 30 minutes before coming back to take our order. We weren't alone. I could see the few tables around us were in the same state. No one was being served.

When we finally did get served our steak was undercooked. We asked the kitchen to cook it to medium and it came back out like shoe leather.

Firebirds chain is generally a solid choice. This one does NOT meet the standard.

Visited on 10/31 around 3:15 PM. Major letdown! Nice restaurant. Very below average food. Got lobster queso for an appetizer and it was the worst. Lukewarm and watery. Sent back and received the same watery queso. Grilled chicken and chicken pasta tasted ok but was delivered at room temp. It took nearly 40 minutes to get the entree after ordering. Positive is the waiter was nice. Overall below average food execution and experience. Considering the price, this visit was low value.

My wife and I ordered one of their burgers! I had been there before with no complaints but this was my wife's first time there. Burgers came out overdone and dry after being ordered medium. Server and manager offered fresh meals but we opted to just pay for our drinks and left! Not sure if I'll return?

Slow service! Terrible food!

Firebirds Grill in Southaven offers delicious food at reasonable prices. Staff make you feel welcome, and management address any customer concerns quickly. If you're in the Memphis area, head down to Southaven and try some ribs or the ribeye.

The place is clean ans welcoming. Some dishes are great and some other have some opportunities such as Firebirds House Pasta. But beside that I think it's great place to bring a guest.

I simply loved my first experience there. My server Jay was very warm and informative. She was a little upset because the table before her didn’t tip her with a $300 bill. So, I tipped her $60 to make up for it. I was happy that I gave them a shot at my business. I will go again!

Parmesan crusted chicken was amazing. We were a group of 10 and everyone ordered something different, with everything being amazing. Service was top notch and the overall experience was just as pleasant as any top-tier restaurant I've been to.

It was very nice. I enjoyed the egg roles with the wonderful crusted taste and blue cheese. The best egg rolls on the planet. The chicken pasty was good but spicy.

Firebirds made my dad's birthday celebration a success! The manager, Chris, made sure we had perfect seating. Our server, Zack, provided Amazing Service, and the food was good!
