Stopped in on a roadtrip for a quick lunch. We were disappointed that it took over 20 minutes for the sandwiches to be made. Seems like phone orders were prioritized over in-person ones.

They were kind of busy. Maybe had about 10 ppl in the store and 4 workers. I ordered online so I wanted to redeem my points but the young worker just handed me the food and walked away. We went to fill our drink cups and I asked another employee how or where do I scan to redeem my points and he just look at me crazy and kept working.

It was 12:30 on a weekday. There were people behind the counter/sandwich work area. There were customers waiting for their food when I got in line. By the time I left, most of the 6 employees did not move from holding up the wall looking at their phones. No one was making sandwiches except one guy. By the time I left, there were no people actually eating in the restaurant... but a long line of us that had ordered and the two people working were literally making one order at a time!! Where is the manager? This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Firehouse... it is usually an assembly line and the employees are moving and organized. I won't go back.

While I was waiting on a DoorDash order, I decided to buy three cookies. The container clearly showed 3 for $3.59, but when the cashier rang it up, the total came to $4.59. I politely asked if the price was correct, and she apologized — but did it with a smirk.

Yeah… not today. I believe in paying what’s fair, and I’m always going to speak up when something doesn’t add up.

I love the taste of the sandwiches and have enjoyed them. But my last two purchases were not good. I bought lunch for seven people. The bread was not as fresh and the meat was very skimpy And the next purchase was a large club. And again the bread was not fresh and the meat did not cover the size of the bread. I will try another location and see if the service is better

I had the Italian sub. It was entirely too sweet. I prefer Subway's Italian sub for that reason.

The food was okay. We waited for over an hour just for the female manager to act like we were bothering her when asking for updates.

Disappointed in the taste and service for the price we paid. Hadn't eaten Firehouse in a while and remembered why. They were slow and all over the place with orders. Will try the one in OB. Maybe its better.

I had the Cajun spicy chicken sub and it was certainly spicy and flavorful, amazing place to eat if you are in a hurry
