Waited 30 minutes to get food and I was first in line. Everyone was working a catering order. I get being short handed but the Supv should have told folks coming in of the delay, stpped taking phone orders, offered free meal next time or at least free drinks and chips. I guess the in store customers don’t matter as much. Wish I didn’t tip. BTW one sandwich had too much mayo.

I would love to be able to eat here but every time I try they are out of gluten free bread . It says online they have it but they never have it available. VERY disappointing.

Sllllooooooowwwwwww, took forever to put some meat on a bun. WTH??? Wasn't even that much meat. Supposed to be roast beef and pastrami. Only had some pastrami on it. Outrageously expensive.

Let me be very specific in writing this review. I've been to firehouse across the country from New Orleans, LA to Chicago, IL; San Diego, CA to Virginia Beach, VA and everywhere I'm between and I've never seen the type of service displayed here. I complained received and email from corporate office that stated I would be provided a $25 gift card and that management had changed manager on duty after my prior customer service experience when I returned employees were still bunched together and not working efficient. The manager stated she had no knowledge of my email and would contact her district manager and follow up with me. At no point in time did anyone ever follow up to verify email. I don't know who is running this place, but trust and believe they received my last nickel and will never get another dime out of me. *****UPDATE It has been over 6 months and I still have not been contacted by ANYONE to resolve this matter. Guess they don't care!!!

Walked in at 8:40 20 minutes before closing to place a to go order and was told “we’re not taking anymore orders tonight” with an attitude, lazy employees who shut down when they feel like it instead of honoring their hours. You make sandwiches, it’s not like I walked into a sit down restaurant with a kitchen. Drove out of my way to eat here for nothing. If you want to close at 8:30 then change your hours to 8:30 and turn the “open” sign off.

The cashier was very friendly and talkative. I ended up giving him a tip. There were plenty of customers dining in today. I enjoyed my cold Italian sub for dinner. Got my mother a club on a sub. I love firehouse subs, it's my favorite sub shop! It's good to have some food on the go, after grocery shopping.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces, because there's cellphone store beside them. Also, there's a best buy to the right of the sub shop.
