Five Guys Burgers and Fries

The PRICE…..almost $30 for two Little Burgers, one Little Fry and one Little Drink! It’s insanely overpriced. The burger and fries are good, but this sit down table service prices for fast food.

I don't know if there has been a change in policy, But I have never minded paying for these over priced burgers for my family because I knew that a Large Fry would literally be a bag of fries... Imagine my dismay after dropping $97 Saturday Feb 1st 2025 to see my large fry was the large white cup only 3/4 full of soggy fries... I will not spend another dime on this mediocre food ever again... Complained with 5 guys!

Great burgers and fries. Terrible prices. 26 dollars for one person to eat is crazy. Good food but not worth the price. Otherwise good staff, clean restaurant.

Recommended dishes: Double Bacon Cheeseburger

Fresh made double cheeseburgers and a ton of fries for 2 people getting a small and regular order of the fries. Definitely not the cheapest but it hits the spot. Don't think I would get it to go because they wrap the burgers in foil, so the bun might get soggy from condensation if it stays wrapped too long. If it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face.

Placed an online order. Stated the order will be ready in 5 mins. Waited 15 just to be sure. And when got in the order was still not ready. I had to wait an additional 25 mins.

The dining room was filthy. Despite the dining room being empty, there was not a clean table in the place. We had to get wet paper towels from the restroom to clean our own table.

First time ordering the grilled cheeseburger sandwich from Five guys was atrocious! When I was first handed the bag, I felt something was off because the bag. It felt too light! When I looked at my burger, I was highly disappointed. The meat wasn't thick at all. It was thin especially for freaking $9! The burger meat look like something from burger king. If I wanted bad quality, i could went to Burger king for a lower price. I paid $9 because i was expecting high quality! Well, high quality my behind at Five guys! The meat look like a frozen patty you buy from the store. The meat wasn't seasoned. I asked for grilled onions but was given raw onions! The inverted burger bun was burnt and with no flavor or butter! I'm never going to Five guys ever again for a burger. Only the fries! Wayback burger cheesssy burger is a million times better than this bull! Wayback burger is not stingy with their meat. It's thick and flavorful! And it's the same price as Five guys. Five guys is overhyped! The fries is the only thing I would come back for. I want My money back Five guys for that trash extremely high burger!
