Five Guys Burgers and Fries

The burgers are really good but we know that. The service I received was top tier. The young man Jeremiah had the best customer service skills a professionalism. He was very patient and kind. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Shakira she was also very professional and very very kind. This speaks volumes. You are only as good as your leader. Love it!

Staff polite, place clean. First Five Guy's I've been to where the meat was not seasoned. No salt no pepper just a grilled beef patty. Disappointed with food. The burger tasted like nothing, even after adding salt. Cajun Fries were not cajun just season salt.

They need to be trained in food allergens. Asked a simple question and they had no clue.

All in all, I thought the service and the food was very,good and you get your money's worth for what you get.I love to seasoned cajun, fries and the burgers.As well. Me and my crow friend actually sat outside on the patio and ate our food. I think the whole place was very nice. People were courteous, and they actually came outside to get us when our food was ready. Cuz. We forgot to wait for our food. Establishment seem very clean.

They are quick &super friendly! &Im pretty sure the nice gentleman who took our order is still in the learning process of learning &he accidentally charged me for an extra milkshake and I honestly didnt even notice but the lovely manager noticed for me &she made sure to pull me aside &let me. Know what happened &gave me a gift card to correct the error. Absolutely wonderful service &great way to be accountable! Ill definitely be back. Thank you for dinner y'all!

I love Five Guys fries, so Hubby brought me just for the fries! We got a large seasoned fries. They were fresh, hot, and delicious!! Friendly staff and great atmosphere!!

Burgers were a little dry. Also pricing for extra patties here are $3.30 per patty. Every other Five Guys I've stopped at when traveling are only $2.00 extra each. Anyway, still better than most other places to grab a quick bite.

It was my first time going to five guys and I loved it. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of my burger because I was hungry and got down to business 😂! I food was great and they are fast, I didn't have to wait long at all. The employees are friendly and a very nice friendly atmosphere.
