Love eating here!! They now have outdoor seating which is super nice. I always get their buffalo chicken wrap and a mango water. everything is very fresh and friendly service. The price is a little high for one person to eat, but you get what you pay for!

I've visited this place multiple times, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. Angel's service fell short, and he was quite rude when I requested a refund for the smoothie that didn't meet expectation which he made.

The inside if more than 5 star. You could vibe in the place all day. Also the food is beyond great! So of the most fresh ingredients I have had. Can't wait to go again.

I absolutely love Fresh Valley. I think it is a staple of Silo Village and adds a much needed healthy option for eating in the area.

My only complaint is that recently they began charging for extra sauce. I think their current prices more than cover the cost of their foods, and to charge 75 cents for an extra sauce feels like I am being “nicked and dimed”. Just my two cents.

I will be back whether or not I have to keep paying for extra sauce, but it would be a nice gesture to not charge for every little thing.

Friendly staff, convenient location, clean and bright ambiance, very average food. I’ve had paninis and salad and have come several times in hopes of improvement. The food is still pretty “okay” and unimaginative, especially for the prices. I have to agree with another reviewer who said their food tasted like the refrigerator. I have not tried the smoothies, and I’m happy to have a place that is trying to serve healthy food. Hopefully improvements can be made to the menu and flavors.

The salad was supposed to be made with Romaine, and as much as the staff said it was, it looks and tastes like iceberg to me.

The dragonfruit smoothie is refreshing.

Our food tasted like refrigerator. They need to clean whatever they store the croutons and bread in. The smoothie was delicious tho! My coworkers ceasar salad with steak only had iceberg lettuce, a sprinkle of cheese and dry steak on top. No. Just no.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars. My husband and I were warmly greeted when we arrived. We got the quinoa bowls and the food was actually good. Everything went down hill when we saw a guy put his entire arm almost to this armpit into one of the drink containers. Idk what he was doing but it was disgusting. I didn't see him wash his hands/ arm before hand and he just wiped his arm off with a towel afterwards. I can't unsee it and that was extremely unsanitary. We will never go back.

What a great healthy restaurant to stop at for lunch. I had the vegetable panini and the house salad, both of which were excellent. The watermelon water was great as well, although a tiny bit sugary for my liking. I would've preferred an unsweetened version. The only hiccup was that I didn't receive any dressing on my salad and had to go back to the counter to ask, which seems like a strange omission. The space was cute and well-decorated, and the neighbourhood felt welcoming as well. I would definitely come back here.

Food was amazing! No they don’t just have salads. I had steak wrap and a smoothie. It was so good. Everything was very fresh made to order. Getting napkins and refills was a little challenging only because their counter was so busy making orders for lots of happy customers! The owner was there and she was so helpful explaining things on the menu!
