First time eating here today and 10/10! They let me sample things before buying and the food and drink was sooo good. So many yummy options 🥰

My first time here. The food was so fresh and tasty. The service was great and welcoming!! I highly recommend this place. The restaurant is very clean and nice!!

Food was good but juice was watered down. This place needs to work on their juicing skills or they need to chsnge there name to smoothies and salad bar. There is nothing fresh about that watered down juice.

Disappointed by Hidden Charges – Hoping for a Response I want to start by saying that I’ve visited this place several times and have always enjoyed the food. It’s healthy, fresh, and the area is beautiful—definitely a spot I’ve recommended to friends. However, during our most recent visit, we had a disappointing experience that I feel needs to be shared. We placed an initial order of about $80, which included their oatmeal banana pancakes with fresh seasonal fruit. A little later, my daughter wanted her own pancakes and a bag of chips. She went up to order and came back saying it cost $12.09. Knowing the pancakes were listed at $6.50, I was shocked at the total. I asked how much the chips were—$1.99. Even with tax, something still didn’t add up, so I asked to see the receipt. To my surprise, we were charged an additional $2.50 for the fruit topping on the pancakes—the same fruit that the menu describes as being included. The photo and description on the menu clearly state that the pancakes are topped with fresh seasonal fruit and honey. There’s no mention of this being an extra charge. When I brought this up at the register, Joana Alvarez explained that management instructed staff to charge extra for the fruit. I asked to speak with a manager, but she told me there was no way to contact one. This experience left a bad impression, not just because of the $5 extra we unknowingly paid for two portions of pancakes, but because of how it was handled. If this is a policy, it should be clearly stated on the menu—not left as a surprise on the receipt. Otherwise, it feels deceptive and unfair to the customer. I’m posting this review in hopes that someone from management sees it and can explain or address this. I’d love to continue supporting a place that offers such good food, but transparency and customer trust are just as important.

The salads and service are great!

I can’t say enough good things about Fresh Valley Salad Bar in Southaven, MS. I misplaced my purse over the weekend and wasn’t sure if I had left it behind or if it had been taken. The wonderful staff found it, kept everything safe, and even took the time to email me after hours on a day they were closed to let me know they had it.

Their kindness and integrity truly made my day. Thank you, Fresh Valley, for being such a trustworthy and compassionate business! Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area.

I love this place!!! The food is amazing and the customer service is fantastic!
Raphael and Joana are amazing host, they know me by name and what I order. It nice to get that kind of customer service, you do not see that to often anymore. I highly recommend Fresh Valley juice and Salad Bar.

Atmosphere was great and the cashier was very nice. The juice is not freshly made but was good. What I saw in the picture is KIND OF what I got. The salmon was very bland no flavor or seasoning. Sigh!

It was awful!! I had the salad build your own. It was inedible. The quality was not worth the price!

Lucero and Joanna be working there ass off doing such an amazing job even when they may get overwhelmed when the place is packed with ungrateful rich ass's they keep it moving real smooth

Love this place ! The staff was very helpful and nice . The environment was clean and the food was delicious. I ordered the quinoa and brown rice bowl w/salmon . There was the perfect blend of meat and the other ingredients with each bite ! On top of the refreshing cucumber water 😍
