Great American Cookies

Only giving 2 stars since I was greeted when the worker finally came to the front of the store. But the selection was very limited. Then presentation is everything and she gave me this ugly cookie 🙄 this should've been thrown away but oh well.

Stopped by this cookie store during a recent trip to the outlet and ordered the 5 plus 1 special they consistently run. They also sell cookie cakes, cookie cake slices, cookie sandwiches, brownies, and a variety of drinks.

The cookies are not bad, they're soft and moist but they could be better. They're sweet and match the flavor profiles but they are missing the butter flavor that homemade cookies usually have. So if you want something sweet to eat, you can stop here but it would not be my first recommendation for cookies.

I purchased 5 cookies and got 1 free from the store. However, all the cookies tasted the same. I am serious. I usually get the Pecan chewy but the store was out. I purchase Peanut Butter, I purchased Sugar and a strawberry crunch or something. The cookies are so nasty and all taste the same. I will never ever go back period.

I hate I can’t remember the young ladies name who assisted us (perhaps Samantha) but she was super friendly and patient. We popped in right before close and had a ton of questions since we don’t frequent the business but wanted cookies for the grands. With such great customer service we left with more than we anticipated.
I absolutely recommend this place.

The cookies are sooooo good. This place dominates Crumbl, in my personal opinion. And the workers there are so friendly. I love yall 🥹

Went to this location recently and it was a fly in the cookies the worker used the tongs that she was getting the cookies out with to hit at the fly and the same tongs to pick up the cookie it landed on and when I told her I didn’t want the cookies she had and attitude and said “okayyyy”

The best cookies. My favorite is surprisingly their red velvet cookies and I never liked red velvet before but those cookies..!

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful with my cookies selections. I will most definitely return. Shout out to Zy, Jefferson, Wisdom!! Especially Curtis for going over and beyond!!

The staff was really pleasant and enjoyable. I love how Jefferson, Wisdom, Curtis, and Zy greeted the customers and gave great suggestions on what to try. I will definitely be back.
