Great spicy chicken

Really flavorful fried chicken! The chicken strips were great and the mac and cheese was done right. Workers were very friendly and food was super cheap. Definitely recommend!

This place was delicious! I am glad I stopped by I got my food to go. I got the three piece dark with okra and potato salad it was all good. The staff was very nice and friendly fast in and out will definitely be back!

My fiance and I came here last week. I got a 3 piece dinner with baked beans and macaroni for the side. The food was phenomenal literally the best meal we had while visiting Mississippi. Now let’s talk about service…. The service exceeded my expectations. They were friendly attentive and very hospitable. The fact that every worker had a smile on their face and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job made me feel even better about dining there. When we come back to visit again this will surely be a place we dine.

I know fresh fries when I feel and taste them and the fries I received with my order today were NOT fresh at all and the employee (wide Caucasian male - possibly the manager?) refused to replace the fries or give me a refund and he suggested that I’d waited too long to pickup my order which was why the fries were not fresh - which is a whole lie considering that I’d placed my order in the parking lot of the store and waited the 20 minutes that he told me that my order would be ready to pickup my order. I’m very disappointed in the unprofessional customer service and the low quality of the food (fries), I feel very disrespected and I won’t ever patronize this location ever again.

The service was ok. However, the price, quantity and quality of the FRIED OKRA was the worst I've ever had. I love okra and Gus’s okra was soo greasy and skimpy, I paid nearly $10 for a large okra with barley anything in it. I couldn't finish them due to how greasy it was. I know its fried but I believe they let it sit in grease. Horrible. Also they should change containers for okra sass ides

EXPENSIVE. Pay attention to what you order. Fries and a drink ran $15. I opted for just the 2pc. Dark Chicken with water and my bill was under $10. Good food, but pricing is strange. Servers were very busy
