I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and went directly to the bar as usual. The bartender and another employee were engaged in a personal conversation and did not acknowledge me. The bartender prioritized sorting her tips before assisting me, and when she finally spoke, she did so with an attitude and made a sarcastic remark, telling me to “have a great day” and “happy Thanksgiving” in a disrespectful tone.
When I called to report the issue, she refused to let me speak with the manager, claiming he wasn’t there—even though he was. She continued talking over me during the call, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. I was simply trying to pick up an order, and I was ignored and spoken to inappropriately.

I guess it’s hit or miss if they put the signature dill pickle quarter slice in your box when you carry out. Probably call in chillis next time. Better value
