Had to wait on seating but restaurant wasn't full. Waitress start out great but refilled came slow. It's a slow food service. Don't know if it was the cook but I had better experience. My wife was very disappointed.

We came in at about 6:30 a.m., Saturday, and we were greeted and seated immediately. The place was immaculate! Jenny was our server, and she was prompt and very friendly. Our food was just the right temperature and it all actually looked as beautiful as the pictures on the menu. (Kudos to the chef. I don't know his name, but I could see the shine from the top of his head.)
The music was at a great volume that added to the laid back atmosphere. We'll be back...

My experience at IHOP was okay. I ordered the Colorado omelette and a Belgian waffle. My mom ordered a chicken salad. My omelette tastes good but was slightly overdone. My waffle was fine and delicious.
