Must of been an off day, because it wasn't up to its usual deliciousness.

I ordered the rib tips, cole slaw and bake beans. The rib tips wasn't freshly cooked. It was as if they were leftovers and not fresh. The cole slaw was not desirable at all. The bake beans were fine. Not what I expected. Don't think I'll be back, very disappointed 😔

Stopped in for lunch was empty and I stood at counter waiting to be helped was clearly ignored as the guy in kitchen glanced at me and kept just doing whatever he was doing. Didn't even acknowledge me. . I left and was probably glad since it looked like food poisoning most likely would of happened ! Do better the one in Memphis is amazing

I ordered the rib tips they give plenty but no smoke taste at all,sauce is too much

The rib tips was tasteless, it's like the recipe has changed, the sandwich was horrible also..I want be back.

I don't eat pork and prefer beef ribs, and Neely's has them. The portions are large, so be careful before ordering the large size. I've tried both locations and the food is good at both. The beef ribs, beef hotlinks, and turkey legs all get my 5-star approval.

This place was horrible. I will never go here again. Food was old, I had the rib tips, and they put some food on your plate like an animal. I throw my whole plate away! No taste, slaw look very old and bake beans had no taste. My husband beef ribs looked old and didn't taste good.

Its a no for me. No way can this be a representation of memphis bbq.. Had a slab/ sauce on the side, pull pork sandwich and fries with slaw and baked beans. The Slab was tender. It was the type of tender that falls off the bone so it can just slip into your stomach with out tasting anything which I didn’t. The meat had 0 flavor. It seemed to be just thrown in the togo container even though I ate in house. They threw some type of seasoning over the top layer of ribs but the next layer was just pork and bone. (Hints of laziness). When dipped in the sauce, it just made it ok enough not to send it back and ask for a refund. Seemed over cooked and old as well. Pulled pork did have a slight hint of smoke. Just 0 seasoning. Bread was stale and the slaw was just ok. So good points. For all the food I ordered, it was only close to 50 bucks. Fries and that bbq sauce is better than using ketchup. Baked beans had spice. Sweet tea was good as well.

Really amazing food, a place to die for. Literally. This place was cleaned 20 years ago. But I would come again anyway. So good.

Good portions, right off the highway, service was fast even though I've seen mention of it being slow that wasn't my experience.

I did expect the food to be a little more flavorful, but it could simply be that I prefer Carolina BBQ.

Good little spot to stop off and grab a bite to eat!

Not gone hold you... For an area (metropolitan area of Memphis) known for bbq. This place was not good. The meat was bland even with sauce on it (how it that possible?). The sm portion of potato salad was regular, so I guess that was okay. The baked beans, which tasted like sugar, superceded the meat??‍♀️. There were no other patrons, which should've been a clear sign. The curb appeal was sketch, to say the least. The service was blah (no welcome, how are u). Needless to say, I won't be returning
