Great place to eat the boil was awsome only thing is they need to learn to boil crawfish they themselves when I peeled them and bit there heads had no flavor I had to peel the tail and dip it in the sauce. Just and fyi

First time dining here. Food brought to us. No utensils.Had to ask for them. Order was supposed to include potatoes cooked in the boil but there were none included. They did bring some potatoes cooked in a bowl on the side when we asked for it. We spent over 100 dollars for the meal. There is a mandatory 15 percent gratuity added to orders. That means no incentive to provide excellent service.We loved the delicious food.

The quality of the seafood is not good AT ALL they do not care AT ALL about the crab legs were how small and broken apart and dark real dark might as well not eat there AT ALL. Go somewhere else PERIOD !!! The manager customer service was not good AT ALL !

I placed my order online and asked for sauce on the side for my seafood bag. They messed up and put it on my food. I asked if they could give me the sauce I ordered on the side and they tried to charge me another $5.50.

Freezing 🥶 Extremely cold on a cold winter day.....I asked do they have heat & find out its not on...there has only been 6 ppl in the restaurant max, yet I've freezed the entire time smh

I had a shrimp boil. Tell me why I go to peel my shrimp, it got mushy. I was so upset 😂 I ain't even go back up there, just wasted my damn money.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant expecting a good meal, but the experience was honestly terrible from start to finish. When I got home and opened my food, the shrimp was soggy, the broccoli was mushy, and everything was so soft it felt like I was eating mashed potatoes instead of a fresh cooked meal. Nothing was firm, nothing had texture just wet, overcooked, falling-apart food. After spending $55, I expected much better.
I called the restaurant right away to get the situation fixed. The manager told me there was nothing she could do because the kitchen was closed, but she could contact the GM. When we finally got the GM on the phone, instead of helping, we overheard her talking to the manager and she actually accused us of reheating our food, which makes no sense because we had just walked through the door after picking it up. Why would anyone reheat food they literally just got fresh from the restaurant?
We asked for either a refund or for our food to be remade. We were told no to both because it was 9:45 and the kitchen was closed. Then the GM said if we could make it there within 8 minutes she might be able to fix it, but then she changed her story and said she didn’t realize it was already 10:00. That was confusing and felt dishonest because the whole reason we were denied in the first place was because the kitchen was already closed. After that, she said the only option was to email her, then she refused to give her email.
So in the end, no refund, no replacement, no help, and no accountability. Just $55 worth of food that had the texture of baby food and a stressful conversation where we were treated like we were lying.
I never write reviews like this, but this was unacceptable. I genuinely tried to resolve the issue respectfully, and instead I left with food I couldn’t eat and customer service that made everything worse. I will not be returning.

Today, on our mother-daughter date, we dined at the Southaven location. We love the seafood here. Today we were fortunate to have Trevor as our server; his energy and knowledge of the menu were incredibly helpful since we were unsure about what to order today. The atmosphere was lively, as always, and the music added to the great vibe good 80's, 90's early 2000 kinda vibe. The service was so great that my 13-year-old daughter had to compliment Trevor on his excellent service today( so not like her). So, if you ever stop by you won't be disappointed at all and ask for Trevor.
