Awesome place and Awesome food.

Delicious best in town!

I have had juicy seafood and bar at a different location in a different city and state but man oh man must I say this one was better!!! The seasoning in my seafood bag was a 10 out of 10 it was giving a whole lot of flavor. It definitely did not disappoint. I had shrimp, potato and corn.

The food was off the hook. You've got to go try it for yourself.

Really good flavor our server was nice and accommodating! Wish they had the ability to accommodate large parties but not a deal breaker. Please make site to call ahead if you have a large party to confirm they can accommodate we had over 8 people so we dos have to separate but it was scorched because we had been here before. All in all we will return because the flavor is hitting all the right spots!!! lol

I Just tried to place a order over the phone and they picked up and immediately hung up the phone.... lmao .. omg!! I've eaten at this place before and the food is okay no complaints.. but the rudeness of the workers is disgusting... So many seafood places here in Southaven as there competition and they have the nerve to deter patrons.....

Unfortunately dine in was NOT accommodating AT all. Tried to inform them of the party but was informed no No reservations until everyone show. After we All showed the host became confused. We was sat at the Front Door, that a guest was already sitting at. Also the same table set up we was offered was another set up Not in the front.
The manager was just as lost and absolutely No help. No it wasn’t busy.
Small amount for a expensive price . The writing on the walls is creative idea BUT it has become sloppy .
FYI don’t worry about tipping, the
Gratuity is automatically added.
Your payment is done with the server so if you like keeping your card private NOPE.
Highly NOT recommend.
Some of the staff was friendly some was just clueless when asked a question.
To answer your question this took place the Day my review was posted. Also I was charge gratuity for a party. But not everyone was charge and we had separate tickets.
Let's break that down. I was told I was being charged for gratuity because of a party over seven but not all of us was charged. Myself with 3 on my ticket and my son and his girlfriend on their ticket. Not my daughter (white) friend and friend sister who didn't order anything but a drink and friend order a entrée. On my ticket my daughter and younger son order a Entree while I had Frys and eggroll. Older son and his girlfriend both order entrées.So how does the gratuity work again but that was ALSO a question that couldn't be explained. It's seems gratuity was only added to the checks that was paying more so he could get a bigger tip. As far as the wait time if we wanted the better table it was going to be a wait BUT staff nor Manger could say how long. Clueless yet again.

My review: I was initially so impressed with Juicy Seafood that I visited at least twice a month. The food has always been enjoyable, and I usually tip generously. However, I recently realized that a tip is automatically added to every ticket, regardless of the service received. This policy is not posted anywhere, so customers may unintentionally double-tip if they aren’t aware. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on 1/13/25 was by far the worst experience I’ve had there, and I will not be returning. Mia, our server, displayed a lack of effort and professionalism throughout the evening. Since the tip is guaranteed, there seemed to be no motivation for her to provide decent service. From the start, the experience was frustrating. We waited nearly 15 minutes just to get drinks. While being seated, the hostess mentioned something about a previous table leaving without paying, implying poor attentiveness. This set the tone for the night. Throughout the meal, Mia was often seen chatting at the bar while we struggled to get her attention for basic requests like water refills. I had a to-go order planned and even kept a menu to make it clear. Despite this, Mia never checked back to take the order, so I had to call it in myself while sitting at the table. Even then, I watched her retrieve the order over the phone as she was still at the bar chatting it up. When I finally asked for the check and to-go bags, Mia returned promptly—ironically, the fastest response all evening. I even commented on how quick she was to collect payment compared to her service earlier. Sadly, I waited an additional 38 minutes for my to-go order, which never came. I approached the bartender (manager on duty), who tried to follow up but ultimately offered no solution or compensation he asked me to email the GM because the tip couldn’t be removed. The fact that a mandatory 15% tip is added for such poor service is extremely disappointing. Mia’s laziness and lack of attention ruined what used to be one of my favorite dining spots. Until this tipping policy is clearly posted and service standards improve, I cannot recommend Juicy Seafood Southaven to anyone.

My first seafood boil bag and it was everything I’ve imagined it to be. It was so good and a lot of food left over. Mia was excellent with her service and very knowledgeable and helpful building my bag.

The food was on point and great customer service from all the ladies but in particular Larenscia C. She was very polite and got my order right. Music is a vibe for sure. Highly recommend. Also, Monique is always friendly when I come. Great team!
