Terrible, Terrible, Terrible fried chicken. Don't buy it. The manager of the deli department should be fired. It's simply to cook fried chicken just use the house of Autry fried chicken seasoning. They have it in the store. They must care less what they use. Don't buy it. Publix in Florida does it the best. Change or fire the deli manager. Poor fried chicken. They don't care

80 bucks for this. Just a few short years ago I could have brought this home along with several steaks, vegetables and pie and actually had a few meals for the week.

This was register 8 and cashier name Destiny. The cashier walked away and went out a door without telling this woman she was checking out. As we waited the lady responded I guess she went on break. Then she comes back and proceeded to throw our items towards the man bagging. My husband put the water up there she rudely shoved it back towards my husband ( not the bagger) and said you can put that back. Which was uncalled for. Knowing she was too young to scan our alcohol I waited for the beggar to scan it. I set it on the register and she scanned it without checking my id or asking the bagger to scan it for her. We contacted customer service for the Goodman location and was told don’t talk about her like that she is a child. So she was not only rude by tossing my food then shoving my husband the water back but she just sold what could have been a minor alcohol while she is a minor herself. Very disturbing know they don’t check IDs and allow underage minors to scan alcohol. I have worked in retail and in management you must always check ids and never can a minor scan alcohol.

20+ Self checkouts but they only have 6 open at any given time creating a long line and wait. Kroger, hire more staff or open more self checkout lanes. Kroger is just Walmart at this point. No longer shopping at this establishment, they don’t care.

If you can avoid going to this location please do. All of the employees are rude, every time I come here there’s always no baskets it’s quite frustrating to say the least. They always have expired foods and moldy food on the shelves. Please make sure you always check your food expiration date because they barely remove expired stuff off the shelves and even when it comes to meat and dairy products. The employees are always on their cellphones and gossiping while on the clock and catch an attitude when you’re trying to shop and they have to move their big carts out the way as if you’re not a customer. I am also highly upset because when I was trying to get a yogurt out it had yogurt residue all over the yogurt cup the employees should be ashamed to put that on the sale floor knowing how that it was open like that.

A line a mile long to check out plus it’s WAY overpriced. Don’t shop here go to Aldi’s. Ridiculous!!!!

I recently forgot to check the container for my cash back, called immediately when i got home once I realized.
Was transferred to 2 people, left on hold. Got in touch with customer service the next day, nothing at all could be done. I’m not even sure that it shot the money out or if it was an employee that stole or a random person. All in all, they would not do a thing to help! Very poor customer service. Will not be back.

Customer service failed me. I asked for a simple service of slicing some cheese and I was told there was not a certified "cheese cutter."
That being said, I left and shopped at a different market where I was given high respect. I will not spend money where I not respected as I am spending hard earned money and I would not expect anyone to go there either. There were several staff members standing around laughing, goofing off while I was waiting for assistance.
