Went through drive thru at 9pm - sat there for awhile and then they came on the speaker saying they were closed- only to stare at us out of the drive thru window as we drove by. It’s open 24 hrs!

The absolute worst Krystal experience. Nothing about my order was correctly made. Hadyto go back inside to get forgotten item not in my sack. When I hot home and unwrapped the melt was old toast, not melted cheese and a cold beef patty with no condiments. This store needs management. Do no go there. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Tried several different fast food places before ordering from here. Mostly because all of the ones I tried before closed 15 or so minutes before their posted closing time. The employee working the drive thru was super nice, patient, and helpful. He seemed happy to be at work!! The food was delicious and flavorful!!

I have never been so mad about how my food was today .I'm not a onion eater plus they break me out I ask for them not to be on my food .. when the sack came out they was on my sandwichs and I went back to the lines I also found out no fries was in my sack then she took the sack back in the window and shave the onion off sent the sandwichs back out the window with Lil bits of onion still on the sandwich remind you it was 12 with no onions add ketchup and mayo to 6 and cheese and add only mustard and cheese and ketchup to the other 6 so from the beginning it was wrong but I was gone let it go until the onion was still on there so..now I'm mad I sent the sack back in and my drinks and ask for my money back.she then re made all 12 over with no onions but put mustard on all 12 so I just said for get it I want be going back there for nothing they can have it..

Nothing fancy, but I always want a Krystal burger when I'm traveling through Mississippi.
There was a strange smell as we entered the restaurant. There were a pile of ceiling tiles in the dining area as if renovations will be happening soon. The food was good. We no longer live near a Krystal's so anytime we are near one we have to get a meal if possible

This was our first experience at a Krystal restaurant. It was late so we came through the drive-through. The employee work in there, whose name was Tavis was outstanding. Very friendly when taking our order and when receiving our food. I don’t think I’ve ever met a friendlier fast food employee. The food itself was really good, like White Castle, but without the onion. Had a great experience, highly recommend this restaurant and would return.
