They need to go ahead and fire the lady that claims to be a manager at this location that was working tonight around 7PM on 2/18/2025. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, about 4 cars that had pull off because she was playing on the intercom. She would laugh with whoever else was working and say one word then stop and you were stuck having to drive off or pull around. Not to mention I sat patiently waiting at the intercom for a long time. When I pulled around, she said I would have to pull back around and refused to take my order at the window. I then watched more cars behind me pull off and go else where. This place needs to hire people that has some professionalism.

We ordered 12 Krystal's, they told us to pull forward. For 15 minutes, we watched them serve 4+ cars, and when we finally got our Krystal's, they were soggy, all misshapen like they were thrown into the boxes and crushed. Not going back.

Suppose to be 24 hour open drive thru but at 1 am on Friday Jan 31 2025 the employee hanging out in the parking lot saying they closed cause she did not want to work. This is not the first time for this location either.

Ordered a classic patty melt and what I got was a cold patty melt on White bread that didn't look like it was grilled or toasted
Came at 5:05 to this location and sat in line for 25 minutes. I'm sure the employees knew I was there but refused to answer drive through window. I believe the shift changes at 6am and they are about to get off work and don't feel like doing anything. Management needs to do something about this.
I then drove up to the window and the employe gestured without talking through the window with his hand swiping his neck at me signaling he can't help me I assume without even speaking to me. This was 12/6 @ 5:27AM on camera.

I left with a perfect bag of cheese Krystal's complete with fresh fries for breakfast. (I know.. ) Anyway, it was a fantastic car meal. The drive thru was fast, and they turned out some good food. Nice job!
