This is one of my go-to spots. The service is always good; the atmosphere is good, but this last order (Korean BBQ Bowl) was bad. The description was mouth watering but the delivery was just a bunch of tough meat and soggy vegetables drenched in sauce. I will visit again, but definitely won’t order that dish.
05/14/25 ordered coconut shrimp but got popcorn shrimp with a side of sweet sauce; the crab were old and cold (looks like I got the order somebody didn’t pick up) and no sauce for my rolls. What a waste! Deducted a star and no longer a returning customer.

First thing we noticed when we walked in was how cold the restaurant is…the hostess was wearing a heavy hoodie and said she was freezing. We asked for the air to be turned up but was told it could not be because it make the floors slippery. The waitress took our drink orders and we asked for hot tea, just regular tea heated in microwave. She said they did not have cups but we agreed a reg glass is ok. When she came back, tea was not hot. We told her and she said very rudely, “I told you I am not going to do that”. No she didn’t, she just said they did not have cups. Since we were a party of six, we knew she did not care about providing us with good service because it would be added automatically. I will never go back there

Food: Awesome!! The waiter was sweet, consistent and patient because it took me about 20 minutes to order…. Drink: Lemondrop…Bartender, I love u!!! The lemon drop was dropping!!!

I lost my iPhone on Friday April 4th and called to see if someone turned in the phone. Jason the GM started saying I called and intimidated one of the waitresses. I told him I would never do that. She asked me for the password to my phone and asked her why did she need this if she didn’t have the phone. He begin trying to give me a lesson on what I should say when asking about my phone. I then told him he should learn better customer service skills. And then I hung up. The facility doesn’t know a thing about showing respect!

Food is always good. I mean they have never missed. I usually get the Superman rolls or Big Boy rolls, side of chicken fried rice. I have gotten create your own bowl and it is good!
