Walked in for lunch I wasn’t greeted. A group of white men walked in and they greeted and sat them so I sat at the sushi bar. I asked a waitress who walked passed me for a menu and requested to place a Togo other, she informed me I had to go back to the host station. I walked back to the host station and stood in front waiting to be greeted, I was ignored again closed the menu and left. Terrible customer service.

The service was Great ! My waiter Greeted us with a smile and ambiance was very laid back. The food was very good ! Every sauce and seasoning I pick for my bowl was executed to prefection! Every bite was full of flavor ! The only problem i had was were you pick your meats for the bowl was all over the place . I know they were very busy so they could not get to it right at the moment . Now we as the people need to do better with putting the meat and veggies in the bowl properly. Will I try this place again, absolutely! Thank you for wonderful experience and see you soon .

I had one of the worst experiences yesterday he didn’t tell me his name ,he had an Afro was a black guy ,he forgot my lemons for one and before that he took a very long time to get to my table when I got my food six minutes into me eating mid bite He brought me a to go box five minutes after that he brought me my ticket (which i didn't ask for)I looked at it and sat it on the table and I didn't put any cash or a card on there after a few minutes he came back and asked me was i ready or do I need a minute and I told him I need a minute he left and he came back as I’m still trying to enjoy my food he then asked me did I have to pay with Apple Pay or something like that impatiently and I told him I will let him know when I’m ready so he ended up leaving me alone that was the last straw for me.overall I just did not enjoy my experience at all because trying to turn tables shouldn’t try to make you rush people out of your section and that’s exactly why I didn’t tip.

Staff needs more training. When I came in I was not asked how many people will be dining with me. I was asked what did I want to eat. I asked the cashier “oh I have to order here first?” She said yes. So I placed my order. She just stood there. I asked her do I just go to any table ? She said no you have to sit by the door and wait for your to go order. I was stunned.I never told her I wanted a to go order, She just walked off and went to chit chat with a group of waitresses thst were hanging out by the bar. This girl is young and black with a long black weave. She was very stand offish. I am never coming back here again.

You never even acknowledged me until I called you out . The least you could have done was tell them to rush my order since you gave it away in the first place.
