Kutie pies and Bakery catering did a Phenomenal job for my wedding reception. The food and presentation was fantastic. Definitely, will be using this catering service soon. Thks for making my day special.

I have ordered cakes from Kutie Pies in the past and was satisfied, so I contacted Karen to order a custom cake and cookies for my 40th birthday party. I sent her inspiration pictures with a list of minor changes I would like. What I received was nothing like the pictures. The fondant on the cake was peeling, and the labels on the cookies looked distorted. When I brought it to her attention, she told me that the heat was unbearable in her kitchen and that if I put the cake in the refrigerator, then the cake would firm up. I was so disappointed with the cake that I didn't put it on my dessert table. I kept in the refrigerator overnight, and when I cut the cake the next day, it started to crumble by the following day. The cake completely fell apart. She has offered a 50% refund and a credit but I don't see myself using it in the future.ETA: In response to the owner, I cut the cake to taste it and then threw it away because it didn't taste right. I couldn't return my order because I received it 30 minutes before my party started and I put it in the refrigerator at that time. My pickup time was pushed back multiple times because my order was still being made the day of my party. We originally agreed to meet at 2:00, she asked me to call and stated that my order would be ready at 2:30, then she asked us to come at 3:00. I called at 3:22, asking about when my order would be delivered because I had someone waiting at the pickup spot. I originally asked for an alternative to the credit because I didn't plan to use it. You said that there was no alternative. I posted a review similar to this one on my FB page, and I did not " bash" you or your business. I was just explaining my experience and how I was not satisfied.

Our baby girl, 9 yrs old had a wonderful experience at Kutie Pies Culinary Camp this summer. No matter how late she went to bed, she was eager to get up and head to camp Kuties. She came home everyday with goodies and her Big Sister and Cuzzin greeted her for tastings... I give Chef Karen Todd a thumbs up for pouring a life skill into the little chef! Thank you!

I had the Steak Egg Rolls, they were ?. Ate there once.

I just had THE BEST salmon and mashed potatoes that I can remember ever having. I am so grateful for the heart of this owner and for her commitment to excellence in her dishes. If I could have rated more than 5 stars i would have.

The food is very good and the customer service is very good. Have delicious cupcakes and cookies. Also have amazing food.

Cake ordered for a birthday party. Looked like an amateur. The taste was sub par. It wasn't moist and bouncy as you'd expect from a professional. May improve with time, but not ready for public business.

Grits were cold & watery!! Sweets were delicious,but I waited almost an hour for my food that was cold beside the chicken. Highly disappointed

I normally wouldn't leave a negative review but this is my honest opinion. I would NEVER eat here again. My coworker got lunch for us the 1st wk of opening. Collectively, we had chicken salad, chilli, and cupcakes. All 4 of us disliked our meal. The cupcakes were too dry.

I would 100% recommend Kutie Pies Bakery Cafe. Whether you are looking for lunch or dessert. I have had their lasagna. SO GOOD. And I also had a custom order- smash cake for my one year old granddaughter and cupcakes. I told her our “themes” and she absolutely NAILED IT!! I received so many compliments on the little smash cake and cupcakes. I am a highly satisfied customer.

My wife ordered a Birthday Cake for my Mom’s 80th Birthday. We had about 40 people to show up. The cake was so bad not even half of it was eaten. Those that did get a piece did not eat it. We paid $71.00 for it. Took it back and asked about it. They said the manager would call. Have not heard a word. I just hated it for my Mom.

Great customer service, the salmon and treats amazing.
