This location will be closed soon if the franchise owner doesn’t fix the many issues. I was there this evening (along with several customers) and heard a manager and what looked to be a minor employee have a heated argument, waited entirely too long for food, and once received food it was under cooked. I left and chose to put my complaint here. I agree with all of the unpleasant reviews here. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional!

The crazy puffs were very small and dry, like they had been sitting for hours. I forced myself to eat 2 because I hate to waste money. The pepperoni pizza was not very good either. My 7 year old didn't even like the taste.

I am a doordasher, and am always treated unfairly at this location. This location does not get orders out in a timely manner. There is no manager present that I know about, just a bunch of young adults or teenagers there. There needs to be NO more door Dash orders from this location!!! Also, this location is dirty, people walking over trash and broom on the floor. Lastly, a young man ran up from the back, and threatened my husband while he was talking to a girl that claimed to be a manager!!! Close this location, if you cannot get better workers!!!
This is like the 3rd or 4th time getting a burnt pizza from this store. I understand they are cooking it fast but the sauce gets dried out and the cheese is hard and burnt rather than soft and stringy. They got the pizza puffs right but not the pizza. It ruins the flavor completely. Why do they keep burning their pizzas?

If I could rate it zero stars I would, but everyone I order food there they never make my order right, the other day I ordered stuffed crust pepperoni, the young lady up front gave me two wrong orders and had me pay for a order that wasn’t even mines, I don’t know why I keep going to this same location because everytime I go it’s always some bullshxt and they never make the pizza like I ask for it and they also burn their pizzas and give them to customers.
