I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Little Caesar's location in Southaven, Mississippi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I stopped by to pick up two pizzas, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. The pizzas were delicious, hot, and fresh out of the oven. The staff, particularly the lovely ladies on the floor, were extremely friendly and courteous. They treated me with exceptional service, making sure my order was accurate and ready on time. The management seemed to be doing a great job, as the store was clean and tidy, and everything ran smoothly. What really stood out to me, though, were the great prices. The value for the quality and quantity of food I received was fantastic. I'd like to extend a special thank you to the nice lady who served me; she was absolutely wonderful and made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this Little Caesar's location to anyone looking for a great pizza experience. The combination of good food, excellent service, and great prices makes it a standout. I'll definitely be back!

Best customer service ever! I didn’t catch his name, but at 9:54 PM he took my order and told me he could make it if I was willing to wait 15 minutes. Everything else was closed, but he still made my pizza—and totally made my night.
By the way they close at 10pm.

My boyfriend ordered a Supreme pizza on the mobile app which was $12.99, he brings the pizza and the only veggies that were on it were mushrooms and bellpeppers, a few pieces of sausage and no bacon. An absolute rip off. I'll definitely be asking for some form of compensation because this is absolutely not what was asked for nor expected.
Really great staff, they accidentally gave me two cheese instead of one cheese and one pepperoni, were extremely helpful and ready to make it right! Very polite and quick to fix their mistakes. This location is the only one we use due to their ability to provide fast and kind service while maintaining quality of their food.

My husband and I ordered a pizza from this location yesterday.. paid 10.50 for it and when we got home opened the box the pizza looked horrible. Ten pepperonis and 8 mushrooms on thin crust! I kindergarteners pizza. Walmart pizzas are way better than this!! Tried to call several times to speak with a manager our calls got forwarded. I know for sure if Corporate was standing over whomever made our pizza, it would not have looked the way it did. This is not the first time we had an order like this! We rate it a 0!!
