We enjoyed dinner here one evening, we also had some beers here. The staff were pleasant. The food was very good.

The food was okay, not as good as before. My waiter was barely attentive and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. On the other hand, I noticed a waiter by the name of Dev. You could tell he loved his job, he was very attentive and friendly to customers. He was busy but stopped by my table a few times just to make sure everything was okay. Good customer service is rare these days so that was definitely a plus.

I had the best prime rib ever. Very tender, great flavor, cooked to perfection. Great service, atmosphere, and prices. Wonderful place, I'll be back here for sure.

Waitress (Dallas?) was very nice and her service was good. The Caesar salad was good, but The ribs and steak were overcooked and the fries were undercooked. The women’s restroom was filthy with overflowing trashcans and all of the toilets were stuffed with toilet paper. There was toilet paper and paper towels strewn all over the floor and an employees apron was hanging from the diaper changing station. Told the hostess about the restroom and she just said ok as if she already knew and didn’t care. If we had seen the restrooms before we ate, we would not have eaten here. Can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is.

A large party of 22 came here for my sister's 24th birthday. They sat us in a small room by ourselves and we had only one waitress. Food and drinks were *very* slow. When the food did come out, much of it had been sitting in the window for quite some time (the sauces had a solid layer on top). We were still kind to the waitress, because she was friendly overall, and we knew she was stretched thin. But when our bill came, we each were charged a $3 "extra bacon" charge, which was NOT a gratuity for the waitress. We were told $1 goes to use of the "private dining" area, $1 covers the cost of "cleaning up" the private dining area and $1 goes to the waitress. We were never told about this surcharge, and the reason we needed the private dining area is because my sister is undergoing chemo for leukemia and can't be exposed to too many people. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was first told she was too busy (I didn't accept that), then told the $3 per person charge was displayed at the podium (I walked with the manager and it was not), and ultimately told that "corporate approved it" and it all went to the waitress. She was rude and condescending the entire time. We had no issue with an applied gratuity, but this wasn't a gratuity (the waitress herself told us so) and I absolutely refused to pay it. Eventually a second manager agreed to take it off, and they did take the "extra bacon" charge off but then hand wrote the additional $3/person at the bottom of each person's bill and included it in a handwritten total. We assumed this was for the waitress and included it plus the additional gratuity we chose to leave. I later wrote to the corporate office and never heard back from them; apparently they condone this awful practice, which is concerning since: 1. This practice defies employee payroll-tax laws 2. This practice creates inventory control issues 3. This practice results in customer-responsible sales tax unnecessarily. Overall, the entire visit was a disappointment and put a damper on my sister's birthday.

I went in to order dinner. Sat at the bar and the bar tender said she didn't know how to make a Long Island tea and said she wouldn't know how to ring it up. All these bad reviews are deserved.

Won’t be back. The best part was the hostess’ radiant smile. My husband ordered a hamburger and changed his order when they said they were out of buns! No buns?!? I ordered the salmon with broccoli and sweet potato. The sweet potato was huge and still uncooked in the center with an off-white strip down the center (no, it was not butter as I was the one who cut into the potato). And my husband got his entree a good 5 minutes before I got mine.

Convenient location. Think I will stay with my usual from now on. That would be the chopped steak. It's always very good. Tried the catfish and wasn't impressed. Great service today at 3:15 pm.

Waiter was nice but screwed up the order. Had to wait 25 min for a drink. Ordered a steak and when it came out it looked and tasted terrible. Wife ordered a salad that was equally disappointing and we’re also 100 bucks lighter. Probably our last time there.

We had not been to Logans in awhile and I received a 10.00 off coupon so we decided to give it another try. Now I remember why we stopped going. We sat near the bar. I ordered the Prickly Pear. It came in a large glass but had so much ice I got maybe four good sips. My husband steak was not cooked rare like he asked. My salmon was raw and cold. Our waitress never came and checked on us. I wanted to order water. She finally came by and I gave her the coupon and asked for check. Still never asking if our food was ok. She never cleared a dish or even asked why my plate was full of food. I get can over bad service if the food was great but it wasnt even good.

We have a favorite server. Peanuts and salad very good. Ribeye not the best. The large chicken salad is superb!!

I hardly ever post reviews, This place has gone down hill bad! Service is poor, and the food quality has vanished. In addition to everything else ,if you advertise kids eat free on Tuesday then you should honor that! I was unaware of it so it had no effect on me coming in. This place has gone lousy all the way around. Need new management asap if you want this location to continue to stay open.

This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had a restaurant. While the server was excellent, the kitchen staff failed. My wife ordered a burger with no mushrooms. Of course it came with mushrooms. We sent it back only to get it back again with mushrooms. We changed the order to chopped steak and baked potato. They ran out of baked potatoes. I will not be returning.

Good service, very clean, but don't order the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It's on an open faced piece of one sided bread, which wasn't even buttered. The coleslaw was terrible, even after having to ask for it after the food was brought to the table. This is the second bad experience at a second location of Logan's, I am not a huge fan of the brand.

Horrible !!! Service was great, very accommodating.. but the food took forever getting to us, managerial presence was NON-EXISTENT !! It was literally like the "inmates running the asylum" type of vibe.. WILL NOT be going back !!!
