My husband and I visited this location this evening. We are huge fans of Longhorn. So we knew exactly what we wanted and what to expect. We have never visited this location but since we were in the area we went ahead and stopped by. Wait was an hour long (we didn’t mind). We finally got to our table. They were out of the two things that we wanted (ribeye & spinach; that was fine) Placed an order for a different appetizer and drinks. Drinks were watered down we didn’t complain. Bread comes out (20-30 mins of already sitting at the table) another 30 mins rolls in and our food comes out… my 1 of my kids order came out wrong (no problem asked for it to be corrected) after the situation is handled waitress comes out (yea we’re going to get that fixed for you but I wasn’t told grilled 🤨. You were but again that’s okay; just wanted it corrected. My food comes out… IT IS COLD. I’m like okay, I”be been sitting here patiently waiting haven’t complained and the food is cold. My husbands steak wasn’t made correctly. I asked for it to be fixed.. as requested. What do they do… BRING OUT THE SAME FOOD WE HAD ALREADY TOUCHED! Which is unacceptable! You are supposed to toss any food sent back to the kitchen. Both of our dishes came back warmed up in the same manner that we gave back to them. DISGUSTING, PROVES POOR MANAGEMENT & LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD SAFETY! When I spoke to management, guess what food still came back the same and she obviously was used to it being done. This was possibly the worst experience and horrible decision on coming to this location! They will get you sick! The whole meal should have been comped due to the negligence of this restaurant, there were other tables complaining about the same thing as well tonight and for the waitress to speak for the cook and say “well this is what we do” and each and every one of you who agrees are wrong and need to be retrained. It was a busy night like most restaurants on a Sunday but hey i guess let’s throw away food safety because we’re to busy to think about what’s right from wrong! We won’t be returning. There are other locations that care about their customers. I will be reaching out to the Department of Health as well. If we are coming to spend our hard earned money and time, the least you can provide is food safety! No debate when it comes to public’s health!

There was a wait, but once seated our servers were great, the food was fresh and tasty. The servers came right out with the bread and appetizers, so that made the wait for the food very easy. Great customer service!

Sometimes sitting at the bar turns out to be a fantastic experience. Tried the New York Strip instead of the usual ribeye. This is a better choice. Flavorful, no fat or gristle. Baked potato with extra butter and a Cesar salad added to the evening.
I'd like to give a vertical shoutout to the Valentines day shifts! The wait time was higher than usual. Nevertheless, my food was very fresh. Thank you LongHorn team!!

I’m just going to say this…
I normally make a post when things are really good, or really bad….
It was mid. The steak was MID as hell. lol I’m sorry… but I would NOT recommend this location. I don’t know who the chef was during the Super Bowl… but I can assure you … I would NOT want them to be my chef ever again based on that steak. It was bland. And bland enough for me to make a comment about it.
I just think the service I got was too good for the steak to be so… well… bad. Could be a one time thing but that was a time enough for me.

Unbelievable. Total racist behavior towards my husband my baby and myself. Wait was ridiculous when everything was already paid for. When I spoke with the manager he was so dismissive and didn't even offer half of an apology. We've been frequent customers always spending $80+ but they have lost loyal paying consumers here.
