Great music,great food = great time

The atmosphere was great, but the food was ok. We ordered several items and the catfish crisps was the best thing on the menu.

We loved how dog friendly this place was - tons of patio seating and options for you and your dogs as they really are catering to them outside. Service was a little slow but friendly and the food was good.

Though I put 3 stars I was told the food wasn't up to par the day I went but it was good and the service was second to none

Food smelt amazing walking up to the restaurant, hostess seated us real fast then we sat there for 10 minutes as servers walked back-and-forth past us never even stopped to say hello or do you need some drinks or anything so after 10 minutes of sitting at the table handed the menus back to the hostess, and all she said was thank you, and we turned around and walked out. All the teenagers in early 20 year-old kids could care less if we ate there or not

Everything was great, but they need to work on a magnetic screen or something for the outside area that they keep open, We fought flies and tiny bugs flying the entire time that we were eating!
Besides that, the service, food, drinks are great!

I’ve been twice and food was good both times. I ordered 1 glass of house Chardonnay then managed to spill 1/2 of it bc I did not realize the stemless glass was plastic, I picked it up thinking it was glass. No biggie, there wasn’t a lot in there to begin with. On our 2nd visit, the flies were unbearable. They didn’t start to bother us until our food arrived and I was looking around for a fan but there are only a few located on the wall, facing a different direction and needed a bit of a clean so I didn’t ask the staff to turn them on. We packed up most of our food to go and since some of it was fried, we never reheated it at the house. I think the atmosphere is awesome and we will come back for drinks in the future.

Dallas is the best!!

Beer selection is limited, food is good but a basic menu with not many signature dishes that catch the eye. Music every night is great, but living in the area and being kept awake on weekends days and weekends with the music is honestly annoying, but overall the restaurant is decent

The atmosphere is great. The music and the live band was great! I ordered the Jerk chicken sandwich which was recommended by our server. When my order came I received the grilled chicken which is very bland I realized that I had received the wrong item I informed our server. She informed me that she put in the correct item and goes to the back to check. When she comes back she asks if I just wanted a discount. I said I wanted my order fixed. She came back and asked me again if I wanted a discount. I said whatever. The server was really nice and it was her second day on the job. She did what she was suppose to do. I expected management to come and apologize directly for messing up my order. Despite the great atmosphere and great entertainment, it's a shame that management was mediocre. Be GREAT Lucky Dog and do better!

Ordered the southern shrimp poboy got the regular one tried to send it back and the manager Janice was very rude and basically shaming me for not wanting what they gave me. Told me I was going to have to pay extra for what I ordered. Based on just manager alone would not come back.

Was hopeful about trying a new place, but the music was way too loud for a space that size & it was impossible to talk without shouting. Waitstaff seemed disorganized & we had to flag down waitress and ask for water & tea refills, plates for appetizer, etc. Food was disappointing- jerk chicken sandwich was so spicy that it was inedible, mac & cheese was over-peppered, green beans were flavorless, over-peppered mush, lobster roll was completely flavorless (basically just cold thawed tails on buttered toast - no seasoning, no mayo, nothing.) Ordered bowl of lobster bisque & was brought a cup. Asked server & waitress if that was the correct size for bowl & both said it was. At end of meal with check, waitress hands us a to-go container with the rest of the soup in it to make it a bowl - never apologized or asked if a credit was preferred, just handed us the container. The fried green tomatoes were the only saving grace - they were great!
Very disappointed that a $90 meal for 3 was mostly inedible. We will not be back.
