For cheap pizza, it's really good. However, over the last several months they never include the butter sauce. We usually order on Friday nights, and for the past several orders, I haven't received the butter sauce, even though I put it in my order. With my order tonight, I put one cup with each of two pizzas, and two with my cheese sticks. So, I was supposed to get 4 and I got one. It even says on the receipt that I was supposed to get four. If I'd paid extra for those, I'd be pissed. But considering that they charge $1.50 if you do order an extra, I feel a bit like I'm being ripped off. Do better guys. It's not rocket science.

After receiving the wrong order, I arrived the location and at my surprise I see a worker digging in his nose. While he's doing this he has coworkers walking pass him and he's just still going for 30 seconds at least digging. I tell the manager on duty and she turns around watching him and says to me I quote " He's a new hire it's cool" and at least he's not making the food..I ask for my money back and I'm told I can get a credit... I then leave my information to be called back... while I'm waiting the gentleman packing canzone or whatever they were is using his Hands no gloves just his bare hands.. she then asks who is up for delivery the guy who was digging in his nose comes to grab the food and then he is finally told after touching everything to wash his hands. I have been waiting for my money back and for the District Manager to call..Nothing. my next call is to the Health Deposit.

I ordered a cauliflower pizza crust pizza. Mind you a small pizza for $12.24. The crust was burnt and the cheese. They remade a new pizza and managed to burn it again. I called today and spoke to the manager Heather who never offered even an apology, but instead seemed confused why the pizza was burnt!??!! However her next statement gave the answer! The cauliflower pizza is placed on 475 degrees for 4 minutes - so cauliflower crust cooked on 475 is too high, which is why I can predict I’ll have a reliable burnt Cauliflower crust from Marcos Pizza in Southaven, MS!! Way to go for great pizza and customer service!!!!!

Ordered pizzas for my family, saw 3 different hairs on 3 different slices of pizza. We were trying to be optimistic hoping that the first two hairs were ironically from us. The third hair?! ABSOLUTELY NOT! We called and reported the matter. The manager wasn't apologetic at all. However, he offered a remake or a credit(?) Refund, duh!!!! I'm trying to keep myself from vomiting thinking the worst of the worst. Hopefully they weren't pubic hairs. I'm glad we blessed our food first ??.
