Went the drive through route. They just slapped the food together and slammed it in the bag. This is the second time I've gone and asked for items with no cheese and they put cheese on everything not paying attention and not giving a damn. Never again.

Definitely best employee I’ve encountered with out of all the other times I’ve been there. Appreciate her very much. Was in and out this morning 🫶 thank you.

We always buy the $5 meal deal. But I ordered the McRib sandwich today. Since they have it back for a time.
People it's not that great of a sandwich. It cost me $9.50 for the sandwich with cheese on it and a large Dr Pepper. I can get a half rack of ribs I'm really getting very tired of the high price of eating out.

This place sucks. Waited in rain in outer drive thru 10 min getting wet, someone finally came on after watching 3 cars pass through inner lane, then they told me to hold on, waited again and they never came back so I left.

I'll never spend a dime at this location, i don't know what it is with McDonald's, but they just don't care about customers anymore. The drive thru line was long, so I went inside to order my food. They only have kiosks, which is fine, but it wouldn't let me upsize my drink on my order. I tried and tried to figure it out. I asked the lady at the counter to help, and she ignored me, so I placed my order. She saw it come in the screen and went to hand me a cup, to which I explained to her that I was trying to order a large drink but the machine wouldn't let me, I'll pay to upsize it. She told me there's no way to do that, and handed me a toddler sized sippy cup to get my drink. I shook my head and went to fill my 3 drops of drink. They called my number, i got my food and went to a table to eat it. When I say my food was cold, I mean it felt like they had put it back in the fridge and served it. This experience was terrible, and I don't know why I torture myself with going to McDonald's, they all seem to be the same these days. I'd give negative 5 stars if it was an option.

I got a BIG Mac, Mcdouble and large French fries got home opened up my big mac it only had 1 patty on it so I i call they pick up and hang up so call back something so guess I can't talk to manager to fix this...
Made an order and it took 10 minutes. It was a table order they put in a to go bag and no thank you.

I just ( finally) left this place. I haven't finished my meal yet, but I thought I would take the time to leave a review now. It isn't like my food is going to get any colder. The wait in line at the drive-thru was long and agonizing. Others fell to the way side, but I was determined to stick it out. (I did take the outside lane because I have been to this McDonalds before.) It took a large amount of our time, but we finally got our food. I will start with the positive. They got the order correct. Kudos for putting the right crap in the bag! After the long wait, I thought at least the order would be fresh. I was so wrong. My husband handed me a fry before we left the parking lot. It was cold and rubbery. I was so disappointed. Cold McDonalds fries suck, and these sucked badly. I had the Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese. I thought they left the bacon off, but it was hiding under a pickle. (Yes, it could hide under a pickle it was that small.) I eventually found another scrawny piece under the half piece of cheese on the burger. The other half piece was there. It just wasn't on the burger. I can imagine it was trying to save itself from drowning in the insane amount of ketchup that this mess was drenched in. There was no sign of any mustard. To top it off, it must have been sitting out for as long as the fries because it was cold as well. We got a 10 piece chicken nuts for our Great Pyreneese because he is the best boy. They weren't hot, but they weren't as cold as the fries and burger. He only got 2 because our fries sucked so bad. He isn't happy. The fish sandwich my husband got was...well a fish sandwich. Nothing special. Wasn't bad, wasn't good. The only reason I was here, because I knew better, was that the other McDonalds was closed for some reason. I knew this McDonalds tucked from our 4 earlier visits. They are consistent. Consistantly bad, serving cold food that doesn't get eaten. The rest of this is going in the garbage. Avoid this one people. It isn't worth the wait.
