Stopped here during my road trip and everything was quick and convenient. The staff was friendly, and the order came out hot and fresh. I got a classic combo and the fries were crispy—exactly what you hope for at McDonald’s.
The dining area was clean, and the service was surprisingly fast even though there were several people ahead of me. This location is easy to access from the highway, which makes it a good stop for travelers who need a quick bite or a break.
Overall, a reliable and smooth experience. I would stop by again on the next long drive.

I placed my order Freon this location Saturday night. On my McDouble, I asked for extra onion. As you can see, my onion, meat and buns were burned. I also ordered a hot & spicy McChicken with EXTRA LIGHT mayo. My chicken sandwich looked as if they dumped the whole jar/ bag of mayo on my sandwich. My husband had the to cheeseburger meal and one of his burger had hair in it and the other was completely burned. My children Big Mac meals had more special sauce and lettuce then meat and bread. And when I called to speak with someone about my complaints, they hung up in my face and when I called back, they had taken the phone off the hook. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN

I cant remember the name of my server for anything. Her name started with a T. I think it was Tanisha but not sure. I know it started with T. She was so nice. And they were really busy too. Went out of her way for us. She deserves a raise. It was around lunch time on Wednesday June 25th.

Very disappointed with staff and management... Young man took our order at the register and we asked him for a 2 large ice coffees but we wanted caramel and vanilla and he said oh yeah we do vanilla extract in all iced coffee told him we were willing to pay extra to have both then we proceeded to order a mcdouble no cheese only ketchup meal with a sweet tea and we wanted a 2nd sweet tea and a large sprite . Well when we finally get our drink cups he only hands us a lg and 1 small we told him n we wanted 2 so we had to pay for another one and the burger had only cheese and no ketchup so we told a worker we wanted the sandwich no cheese only ketchup so they made us another one and it had cheese and ketchup at this point we told them bread meat and ketchup only finally got it right but no iced coffee yet and we are 10 minutes in at this point. I asked about coffees and was told they went to the back to get the cream another 5 minutes go by so I asked to talk to manager she did not even ask me what the problem was just told me they are brewing coffee no eye contact no sorry no nothing just walked off from me. So another 5 minutes go by and they hand me 2 iced coffees that are very dark and don't look like any iced coffee I have gotten from other McDonalds and it tasted absolutely disgusting and the top of the cup was nothing but coffee grounds. I asked for manager and told her these are not iced coffees and she got smart with me and said what do you think it is. I just asked for 2 large cups so we could get a fountain drink. You need to do something about management in this store and employees Not following directions ....... going to loose business when it is allowed to be run like this

I typically avoid posting reviews unless I feel it is truly necessary, but after several disappointing experiences at this location, I believe feedback is warranted.
Unfortunately, this McDonald’s has consistently struggled with accuracy, timeliness, and customer service. On multiple visits, I have received incorrect orders, and when issues arose, management did not appear responsive or engaged. A particularly frustrating example was when I ordered several hash browns separately; despite the simplicity of the order, I was asked to pull forward and then waited over 10 minutes, only to receive items that were neither hot nor complete.
Additionally, basic items such as napkins or straws are often missing unless specifically requested, and even then, the response from staff can feel dismissive. While most of the front-line employees seem to be doing their best within the circumstances, it appears that management oversight and processes are the root cause of these recurring issues.
From a quality standpoint, the food itself can be satisfactory when the order is correct and timely, but too often items are missing or delayed, making it difficult to enjoy the meal as intended. For this reason, I would rate the food experience as 1 star, the service as 2 stars, and the atmosphere as 1 star, primarily due to the lack of attentiveness and professionalism.
I have attempted to contact the store and corporate offices in the past but have not received any response. It is my hope that this location takes the feedback seriously and works toward improving management accountability, customer service, and basic order accuracy. McDonald’s is a trusted brand, and customers should be able to expect consistency and care at every visit.
